Spoken with a lovely lady who guided me through the whole process to become a mamedica patient, really easy set up and can't wait to get started on my treatment, so many great reviews on mamedica I had to try, hopefully I can sort out my pain and start to get on with my life, I will do another trustpilot review in a few months so I can tell people in my situation how it is all going

Arrogant staff. Never have any nice strains. Very sly company. That will lock you off the calls. They do not care about service they care about taking your money. AVOID!!

So I’ve been a patient of mamedica now for a few months. Started with curaleaf then moved to mamedica. The start was pretty ropey had a few problems but eventually got them all sorted with ease. Now having been with them for a while I strongly recommend them. They are fantastic, great service and supply top grade medication at reasonable prices and delivered next day. Customer service is good not great but I think they are working on that. Also it would be nice if they had a separate app to use that you could download rather than going online all the time because I have experienced some technical issues with this but these a small errors and aren’t going to change my review. If you’re looking for a good clinic mamedica is certainly up there with the rest.

I wanted something organic, less Big Pharma, the chemicals the NHS are so happy to prescribe. But a couple three years down the road, that much Codeine was playing havoc with my stomach. So, for a year now, I have been asking my GP to prescribe medical marijuana. Not a chance! Since it was first introduced in November of 2018 you can count the prescriptions the NHS has prescribed on one hand!
More in desperation than anything else (and the TV adverts that were running at the time) I thought I would try Curaleaf. For whatever reason, Google coughed up Mamedica. Thinking there would be little difference, I was only looking, I gave them a try. First, they want your SCR, summary care record, a list of everything medical that has happened to you. Not something your GP’s surgery really wants to hand out. Details of my pension, details of income of Universal Credit. All sorts of very personal information. Then I had a video consultation. The doctor, nice guy, but seemed more interested in checking his boxes than listening to my narrative. Depression and chronic pain, gets me in the door. He then issues a prescription, it goes off to the pharmacy, they send you an invoice, if paid before noon, it is then sent Royal Mail overnight.
I don’t smoke so I opted for oil; first prescription, baring in mind I was on 8 Codeine a day, was super weak. Called back got a second consultation. Upped the dosage. Problem was it took 13 days to get to me. I called; I sent emails. This is where the disconnect comes in. Are they doctors, is my best interest foremost? Or is it a business? Say what you will about the NHS but every Friday my prescription was there waiting for me at Boots. This way you don’t know. You call indifferent. When you push/plead they become belligerent. If you have depression, the anxiety, lack of sleep, worry is crushing. The pain, I’d given up a sure thing, for this. Stuck, unable to walk my dog because of the pain.
Finally, I got an email, an apology.
Month later, now my third prescription. I saw (video) the doctor last Thursday. Got the invoice, all day Monday looking at my phone, came through Tuesday morning. Immediately paid it. No email from them. No email from Royal Mail to say it is on the way. It’s registered mail, do I wait in for a third day?
Trying to find out I sent an email. All he while this is doing wonders for my depression!
Remember the email/apology I got after the second prescription, the one took thirteen day? It mollified me, it was personal, touching. Thanking me, points mentioned taken on board, passed up the line. Imagine how disappointed I was to see exactly the same (copy and paste) email once again. So, I called, twenty minutes passed form one department to the next. Finally, when I got someone to talk to, to question, she was sullen, resentful to the point of rudeness.
So, here we are Thursday, a week later. For sure they took my money, out of my account the same day. But do I have anything? No, not a sausage. Certainly, no dope; no word, no apology, no email. Squat!
Hey, maybe tomorrow? Course by then I will be climbing the walls!

Poor service.
I left curaleaf as they dont give you freedom of choice.
MEMEDICA, yes its a meme. Are a joke, I have yet to order anything, majority of the vapes were out of stock, Rosin vapes. I email to say my alternative. Ignored. I tell them about this, I am told to ring up? What? Why should I have to ring up? You guys have failed me already, poor service. The person running the emails is clearly lazy, and just wants everyone to ring up! Even when they've made an error. Do yourself a favour and find somewhere with better customer service, ones that dont ignore emails and then expect you to rectify it.

I spoke with Dave from customer support he was so helpful and supportive even stay 10 minutes after closing to help me explain my situation and he even explain the process thoroughly, even though I went through the wrong department. He’s an asset to their company.

I was passed over to the pharmacy team and spoke with a woman called Nicola Wiseman. She was very helpful in dealing with my query and super quick with the follow up, especially when the response back was so rapid. She was clear and straightforward with how she handled it. It was a pleasure talking to her!
