I gained a call within 24 hours of creating an account online which I found unexpected but brilliant. The person already had my medical records and was able to make me feel comfortable easily. An appointment was easily made to speak to a specialist who knows about my condition and the person who created the appointment was comfortably able to answer the questions that I did ask.

Everyone I spoke to was kind, respectful, and truly cared about making sure I have everything I need for my treatment. This is how medical support should be: fast, honest, and always putting the patient first. I feel safe and well looked after here. Highly recommended!

This is the clinic you need to pick
I looked at many clinics worrying about cost as im on benefits because of my health and mamedica is the only one that does the access scheme for people on benefits and trust me its so affordable this way. I have had 100 questions via email that a lovely young lady called lily helped me with and was so fast to respond and so patient. Ive now got my first appointment booked and im really looking forward to it. I highly recommend mamedica to any1 who is suffering and has lost hope in the nhs. Thank you 2u all at mamedica

I rang MaMedica to see ask for tracking with my medication, Nicola said she would do her best and her best she did. Within an hour I had tracking and knew exactly when my medication was coming, thanks Nicola for being so lovely!

Outstanding Service and great pharmacy.
Have been with Mamedica for 6 months now. They are brilliant. The customer service and pharmacy assistants are excellent. The on boarding team also vey helpful. (I had problems with other well named pharmacies. No issues for Mamedica staff or doctors!) Recently I asked if I could receive a weekend delivery for a good reason. The pharmacy assistant rushed my paid prescription through also updated me at each stage. Thanks so much!
