When buying goods in this store it is worth paying attention to the delivery time (although they do not specify them). The store works not only with its own goods, but also with the goods of third parties (dropshipping or marketplace - I don't know), but the support says that they have to wait for the delivery of goods from another store (or from partners) to deliver the goods.

Don't buy here!
Order placed on 22.04.2025 with estimated delivery from 28.04.2025 to latest 01.05.2025. On 28, bicycle has not been sent yet, so I contacted customer service and they replied that bike will be send in next days. After another week, bike still was not sent so I contacted them again. They finally sent it but till now did not receive it.
If I knew I would never buy from shop that lies to customer. First lie about estimated delivery, then second lie from customer service!
Shipping from China would be faster in my case. Worst experience since a very long time. Think twice before buying here!

Ordered April 25 with latest delivery of May 5. I asked about the status May 1st, reply said it will be shipped next day. But that didn't happen and it's now 12 May and no shipment. And they are not even replying.
Don't buy here!

They promised to send it between the 22nd and thr 29th of April
Just received an answer on my email with the question where the bike is
that it can take approximately another 2 to 3 weeks that the bike will be transported……

This was the 3rd time the return/exchange option on the site does not work, it generated error.
Contacted support, I specifically told them I need an exchange, they told me to send the product back then they will send the replacement.
After 3 weeks I see the money returned to my account so no exchange was made.
They completely wasted my time with their chaotic and broken process.

Mammoth Bikes handled the return of a faulty product very well. The process for exchange product was a bit rigid, but it also was worked out in the end. Deliveries took slightly longer compared to competitors.
Only one experience so far, but very good. Good price, fast shipping. Satisfied.
