Tools were as I expected, nice quality and reasonable price from Mammoth. Only small downside was delivery was a little slower than I expected, but I'm very happy with my purchase!

My experience was excelent. At first I was afraid to buy a bike online. This was my sixth mtb bike, but I bought it online for the first time. The support was great in answering my inicial questions, the price was excellent and so I decided to move forward. Everything went well from the beginning, the order was shipped quickly, around 1 week. To my surprise, the bike came fully assembled, I just had to adjust the handlebar and the air pressure in the fork and suspension. I loved it, I recommend it and I will continue to buy from this store.

Ordered a bike.
They gave a window in time.
The bike was a present, asked several times about it, told that would take up to 10-15 days to arrive.
Asked for a refund.
And now i dont have any bike and no money.

I do not recommend that store. Transport company lost my bike, and the store is not willing to return my money until they solve the problem with them and got info that it can take a couple of weeks 🤯. So at the moment neither do I have a bike for my son nor my money… so disappointed!

Even with my broken Spanish, the entire staff have always been very patient, helpful, knowledgable, and professional. Will definitely continue returing to this location for all my future cycling needs.

We had a bit of a nightmare with the transaction. When you send funds, yeah the banks like to take a bit off the top. We had a wee standoff over 10EU! I did a big follow up, emails, back and forth..in the end it was corrected and product shipped from their side. Product was very affordable, and was as described. Communications once payment was submitted were flawless. Safe company to do business with and one I will use again.

Delivered actually the stuff, not fake.

Ok, the bike was 400€ cheaper than in our country, but it's a gamble to buy a bike without seeing it before. The website says "Some components and/or specifications may undergo changes by the manufacturer without prior notice"... but I was shocked that they replaced the !whole set! Deore M6100 with a noname low quality derailleur!. Second thing - the bike frame was scratched in one place! Sorry but never again. Be careful if you are buying a bike remotely.

We bought our bikes on the internet and had them sent to Mammot Bikes in Cordoba.
When we should get them, they were asembled and ready to ride. The salesman told us a lot about how to use the bike (electric), and helped us, getting the two bikes in our car.
We were very happy with the help from the shop.
