I had a custom granite hearth made which looks fantastic, the only negative was that we were not kept up to date with when the items would be available. When I contacted them I was told it was ready, no idea how long it had been available. Their unit is also not easy to find with no outside signposting, but again the product is excellent

great addition to our cast iron fireplace. Only 1 small niggle is that the wiring only comes out the left side, so I need a wall socket fitted, other than that it looks good in place. Fast Delivery

I ordered a slate hearth from Manchester Fireplaces online and emailed them to ask when it would be in stock. I received a prompt reply with an estimated date and a message that they would call if it was any earlier. I then received a further call and email to state that it had come in early and so I called back to organise to have it dropped off. With Covid and their reduced opening hours it made more sense for me to collect. Staff were friendly and helpful both over the phone and in store. Would definitely recommend. Hearth looks great now it's been installed and we are super happy with it!

I had a fireplace hearth made. It’s perfect, made to measure and finished to such a high standard. Saved myself a fortune by going to these direct. I will 100% use again! Be carful with delivery, I didn’t know the delivery driver would need help carrying it. If you’re older or not able to carry this it could be an issue.
