Fair and reliable

Excellent service. Both MandS and Octopus are in contact regularly with customers and charges fully explained.
I have faith in their fair pricing, reliability and customer service.
I have used MandS energy for many years and they always strive to offer their customers the very best energy supplier.

well done to M&S working in collaboration with Octuopus

well done to M&S SO EASY TO MANOVERE THE SIGHT TO obtain best variable deal even though not fixed cracking new M&S EVERY DAY ENERGY deal currently on my existing account only a 34% increase well below other utilities provider in partnership with Octopus So difficult to make the correct decisions(finger crossed) as market is so volatile but having my current consumption up to date provided made my choice that much easier for my self and wife to come to an agreed conclusion with the option to change at anytime with no Exit Fee

M&S energy, really helpful

I have found M&S energy really helpful, after moving home my account was moved with me but, I had a few problems with my gas meter, the staff I spoke to were so helpful, and patient with me! Thoroughly recommend, Thanks.

I have been a customer of Octopus…

I have been a customer of Octopus Energy for several years now, I have always found them me of the cheapest suppliers, plus customer service is exceptional. All staff are helpful and professional and nothing is too much trouble.

Top marks to the M & S Energy help service

I have recently had to talk to the help service by email at M & S Energy (Octopus) not because anything was broken but more about how various items worked, how my bill was calculated, and an unknown symbol on the in house display. To my amazement every enquiry was got a rapid response and amazingly by the same person each time. I really felt that Madeleine was actually interested in my problems and she provided clear answers that were correct. A refreshing change from so many other "help" centres. Thanks Maddie.

I phoned in today to ask questions…

I phoned in today to ask questions regarding my tariff and estimated direct debits amounts, after price hike to standard variable rate in April 2022.
James couldn't have been more helpful. James was surprisingly knowledgeable about all industry queries and upto date information.
He was even able to run though estimates and standard and fixed rates for now and April retrospectively.
I am so thrilled I phoned, as niggling questions regarding all energy and renewable sources were also answered.
Previously, joining m and s octopus energy, has been a revelation in terms of customer service and after care.
I couldn't be happier and have no intention of ever leaving!
They set realistic direct debit payments forecasting your average usage so that you slightly over pay so that if in winter you require extra heating you are not in deficit... this to me sounded expensive at first but now I have thrilled! This way, over the year, I am relieved to say I am in credit and that in turn brings down the price of my April repayments after the price hike increases.
I'd recommend if you are like me, and greatly concerned by the energy price hike and general cost of living, please talk to your energy providers.
James was a pleasure to talk to and has totally reassured me!!

I happily renewed my custom

After a year on a fixed rate. I was notified well in advance, that my arrangement was coming to an end. M&S gave me new options and prices to look at.
I have now signed up for another year. I have great faith in this company. regardless of the up-and-coming price rises in the energy sector.

Good service.

Very happy with the service and I really like how you can view your usage on your account, Email replies are very quick too and any issues is sorted promptly although I am still waiting for a new in house monitor which I was told it would be about 4 weeks before I get one due to high demand.
