Continuing a theme here. Again I wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering.
I read the returns policy before ordering, most companies provide a prepaid returns label and word the returns policy exactly the same. However, despite saying 'Take the parcel with the items you wish to exchange or return to your nearest Post office. It's very simple!' and noting further down 'don't forget to attach the return label you received with your order to the outside of the box' it fails to mention the label is not prepaid and you have to pop to the post office and pay for yourself.

This is the 1st, last and only time I will order from Mango. With my feedback I doubt friends or family will be doing the same.

I was very scared when I read the reviews AFTER I had placed a large order on mangooutlet.com. Super nervous that I would either not get it or it will be bad/wrong clothes. However, everything worked perfectly for me, clothes exactly as expected, arrived on time. Everything perfect.

I wish I had read the reviews here before ordering. Be aware that the return costs are on the customer and you have to send the items back to Spain yourself as a normal package-eventhough the website might look like any normal onlineshop in Sweden, but it's not.
I paid 490sek (not for a very heavy or large package) to send it back from Sweden! After reading the reviews here, now I am afraid that even getting the refund is gonna be another challenge.
I will make sure that my friends and I will not buy again from mango or its outlets.

I'm really disappointed as to return items from the men's collection from Portugal you need to send it to Spain - the cost is simply too high. Won't be ordering from them in the future.

Not at all surprised to see the 1 star reviews given my experience with this company. I returned an item 5 weeks ago and have not received a refund. I have tried contacting them multiple times to no avail. No response to email. When I pressed for a response over live chat, I was brushed off and then the chat was closed. Companies with such poor regard for their customers should not exist - I will not be purchasing from this company in the future.

It’s not worth returning the items since the return fees from Sweden to Spain are ridiculously high. I’m really disappointed with the quality — but I guess you get what you pay for, especially when there’s no real option to return. Like it or not, that’s the reality. I’ll never order from Mango again, and neither will my family. I’ll also make sure to spread the word so others don’t make the same mistake.

Scam: While I was waiting to get my package I got a message that they cancelled my order. Then another message that my money would be refunded 2 weeks later. That never happened!
Calling customer service is like talking to bot. Now they say they will refund me in another 2 weeks.
Avoid this website, it is a scam!

Ordered only 3 items after reading all the bad reviews. I received the package 4 days after the order. Every item was good quality, correct size and fit me well. I will order again for sure!

They say you can return but you have to pay the fee !!

On top the information that they do not pay the return fee is written only in German!

I have ordered some pretty large purchases from Mango Outlet on 4 separate occasions and have had great experiences each time. While the sizing can be off with certain items, I found them to be of great quality and matching the photos on the website. The return process is not what most customers would be used to, in that it is NOT free, but I come from a time where free return shipping was not guaranteed and was willing to take the risk. Customer service was very responsive, but only available via email. Turn around time for a response could take up to 24 hours, but to be expected with the time difference, etc. I cannot complain about my experience and will purchase from Mango Outlet again in the future.

The entire process was a nightmare. First of all, the prices are ridiculously high, but I decided to order because the website was showing attractive new designs. I ordered several trousers, but when they arrived, every single one looked nothing like the photos completely different in design and quality.
To make things worse, I had to pay for the return myself. I truly regret not reading the reviews beforehand.
Please do not order from here, you will regret it.

It’s hard to even give it one star. Customer service is shit in Sweden.

I sent a return over two weeks nows and did not receive any confirmation its there neither received my refund. I will not purchase anything there anymore,it's a waste of hard earned money. Customer service is terrible. Would not recommend to shop there.

Bought some trousers. They were colossal. Tried to return thinking Mango. They have reasonable returns. Nope. The only free way to return my outlet item is to take to a store. THERE ARE NO STORES IN THE UK. Not only do I need to pay to return, I need to pay recorded delivery. Now tell me how that’s not a con? Customer service were absolutely RUBBISH. wil never buy from Mango as a brand again

Item arrived damaged, contacted customer service and requested a replacement, told item was out of stock despite it obviously still in stock online. Don't appreciate being lied to.

Its so frustrating that in their e-mail they mention: "You can return items very easy" and it is almost impossible!! Finding a contact email is impossible and their online customer service bot does not understand any of the questions!

I will never buy from this site ever again not even Zara treats you this way. I ordered an item on the 28th of August and up till now I still have not received it. No tracking number plus when you login on there site it shows no purchases so you cannot see where your item are. Not really good customer service to tell me any information on where my item is they said it's just been dispatched on 29th of August today 5th Sept and nothing plus the item I purchased ain't cheap. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY MANGO ONLINE AGAIN.

I've been using Mango Outlet for around a year now. Always really enjoyed my purchases. Their customer service is pretty OK but they need to learn to value customers - especially repeat ones! I find it really confusing that their system often says they have 'dispatched' a product, but in reality, the courier company have not received it (they normally receive and deliver your order a week after it has been placed). Great service overall but lots of room for improvement

first of all, the customer service is USELESS. they don't even care to try to provide a solution. My order has two parcels, but the courier company received only one and they could'n hand it to me as it was incomplete in their system. Immediately I contacted Mango customer service to be sure that they will send the second box and I will receive the items I ordered. Guess what? They ghosted me. I kept sending mails every few days for updates, but nothing. Today the courier told me they returned the box, because they were not contacted (although Mango said they did), and now two (?) more boxes have arrived, but they can't deliver it because now the first one is missing. Next second I verified my customer account and my order was CANCELLED. by who? by Mango. and here the customer service strikes again: they cannot help me. if I want the goods, then I should place a new order. the irony is that they are now sold out, but Mango tells me to put a new order, because they can't send it back to me.

everything is terrible, both the quality of the clothes and the customer service. A parcel of good things arrived. I paid $500, they didn't return the money, to send the parcel back to them I paid $113 for delivery. More than $600 and there are no things or money. We called the customer service and they didn't help us with this
