Hands down the worst online shopping experience ever. Not only was it impossible to speak to anyone, or get an email reply, but my item - just a remote control - took over 3 months to arrive! Even though the item was listed as "In Stock". So that 'in stock' phrase is a lie.

You'll only find this out, AFTER you've made your payment. Don't use these guys

The situation on the web in South Africa is dire lately with scammers galore. Thank God for honest web sites that definitely deliver. Manicaa have built a loyal customer base from satisfied customers who trust that the order will arrive because it always does.

this was the worst experience. this company is extremely unreliable and highly unprofessional. it took 4months for my money to be refunded to me after begging and begging for someone to take me seriously and communicate with me. the product i bought was falsely advertised to me and i paid way too much for a refurbished product. when i asked for a full refund ,communications from this company went down the drain. countless phone calls and emails were sent yet got no response back until i started phoning 10 times a day just to see if i could get through to someone after 2 months of no communication. When i eventually got a hold of a few employees, none of them could assist me with speaking to a manager as they apparently cannot give the email or phone number for any of their managers, and i was told to just keep emailing an email address which doesn't work according to them as they apparently did not receive all the previous emails i sent before asking for help and communication regarding my refund. it took 4 months to eventually be refunded the money that i paid.

so to whomever is going to read this, your company is absolute rubbish and i will never again be making any purchases from you again and i will be sure to warn others of the treatment or lack thereof from this company as well.

I really love the compact mirrors. The one drawback is that it took a few months to arrive. But- at the end it was worth the wait!

This mail has reference to multiple mail since my initial order #000072869 (R610.00) have been placed with you on 8 August 2022. You have not only defrauded me but based on Hello Peter and Face book reviews you continue to defraud the general public globally. It has become clear to me that you’re a not a legitimate online platform and that your sole intention is to defraud the innocent public… I have thus decided to take it on myself to not stop until the Manicaa Online platform have been closed down globally…

I have been waiting for an order that was meant to be delivered in August and I am unable to get hold of their customer service. I have sent numerous emails and have not received one reply. Really frustrating and will never order from this company again. My order number is 000072692

There was nothing wrong with the ordering process. It just took far too long to reach me. By the time the parcel was delivered the occasion for which it was bought was over.

Mannicaa is a SCAM.. you order.. they pretend as if they have the product.. then ask your banking details to 'refund" you... but NEVER refund! Stay well clear of these thiefs!!!

I received my order yesterday and what makes me love you guys is that you keep on updating me about my order each and everytime. That is exceptional I must say. Your customer service is exceptional, thank you very much.

order arrived late

We received our goods in good order, thank you.
I find not being able to contact the company by phone, most frustrating. When one cannot get a satisfactory answer from the automated response, there is no other means of contacting the company.

Fallen victim to manicaa. Order placed 19 august 2022 and its now 14 october 2022. Noone replies via emails or on the phone. Order number is
000073572. Money taken off the account and said stock on hand which obviously is a scam as I am sure everything is in stock. Stay away from this company

The delivery has take too long so will not hurry to repurchase from you

My order have been lost, they promised me a refund since 2 months but nothing don’t order with them

They asked for my order number which I gave them and haven’t heard anything now for weeks.
Very sad that people now take your money and give you nothing in return.
I think my next move will be to report it to Carte Blanche

Order was place 21/06/2022. Ord nr: 000069823. Up to date no feedback from Manicaa, no response from e-mails sent and no answer of approx 15 phone calls. These guys just take your money without supplying goods. Will be posting about pathetic service on all available platforms.

I ordered a textbook on the 1Aug2022 no book was received and I was promised a refund,,to date no refund was received,this book is worth over R1000
