No package received, impossible to contact anyone from Customer Service
Completed the order and paid but never received the package, nor an email with the track & trace code. Their customer service number doesn't work and they don't reply to emails. Next step, I'll submit an official complaint.

Fast and reliable delivery, but a defective product and a poor returns process and customer service
I ordered a pair of bib shorts from Mantel. Delivery to Germany was very fast and reliable. However, there was a defective seam at the front of the bib shorts. That’s why I filed a return. The return process was unnecessarily complicated because I had to use DPD as the shipping method, and there are very few locations of DPD in my area. Additionally, at Mantel, you have to pay for the return yourself even if the product is defective. After Mantel received my returned item, I received an email stating that a replacement would be sent to me as soon as the bib shorts were back in stock. This could take one or more weeks. Alternatively, I was offered the option to send an email to customer support to request a refund. I sent two emails several days apart requesting a refund instead of a replacement and never received a response. Instead, a replacement was ultimately sent to me against my wishes. All in all, my shopping experience with Mantel was initially good, but when it came to returns, I found the process and service to be more than inadequate, which made my experience rather negative.

We’re sorry to hear that the returns process didn’t go quite as you’d hoped.
If an item is returned under warranty, you won’t be charged for this.
If you register it as a standard return, this cost will initially be shown, but it will be refunded later.
You can also choose your preferred carrier for returns; it’s not limited to DPD.
It’s a shame that your email wasn’t replied to in time, resulting in a new product being sent to you.
We apologise for this; due to the high volume of enquiries, replies to emails are taking longer than usual.
