Ordered a size small coat. I am a male who is 1.70cm tall.
The thing arrived it is like a garbage bag, several sizes too big.
Exchanged it, but apparently those are just the sizes. You would expect a 590€ parka to at least get the sizes right, but no.

This company doesn't cater to short people. If you are not taller then 1 meter 85, don't bother.

Always hight quality products and good customer service.

I bought a leather toiletry bag as a gift and it is superb- if you are looking for the gift that amazes and lights up the face of your loved one , Manufactum is the perfect online store!!!

I wanted to buy a gift for a Price of 299kr, and 49kr for sending my order, it was not posible to order for less than 399kr.
I have send a mail to the Company, but have not got any response.

Excellent products...online availability better than in the Munich shop. Not 5 stars because shipping fees too expensive.

Every item in this store is of excellent quality and built to last. The packaging is slightly bulky, but it's for keeping the contents safe. Don't look for alternatives if you want quality products.

Ordered something on 01.01.26. The order has not been sent yet, even though I got an order confirmation. I tried contacting the email adress available, but they have not answered me. I wrote to the company twice already. As of today 15.01.26, I still don't know where my order is and if it will ever come...

Value for money, in time and budget

After reading numerous positive reviews, I ordered a considerable number of items as gifts for an upcoming birthday in trust. In all cases, the online page claimed the items would be shipped within 2-4 days.
I also got an (automated) email instantly, confirming my order and promising to inform me about the progress. That was it, period.
After eight days, I sent an email to their customer service requesting an update on the state of affairs. I never received a reply, nor did I receive the goods.
I am under the impression that this online shop went out of business w/o deleting their web page.

Very sour experience. The store is beautiful and displays a wide range of artisanal, hand-crafted brands. From the kitchen to the garden, and the stationery items, I was tempted by so many things.
And so, on Saturday July 19th, on the last day of my vacation in München, I purchased around 30 products.
Upon arriving in Paris and unpacking, I realized 3 things:
- One item, when I removed it from it packaging, was already scratched,
- Some items in my shopping cart were not scanned by the cashier and simply omitted,
- Two items were scanned and paid for, but missing from the bag the cashier packed all my purchases in!
I wrote customer service on Sunday July 20th.
Having received no answer all week, I contacted them again on Thursday 24th.
Now it is has been two weeks and I still have no answer.
This is beyond unprofessional.
Everyone should also know that all of the items sold at Manufactum can also be purchased from the brand itself, without Manufactum's markup, often above 10%.
I highly discourage everyone from buying from Manufactum.

I've purchased several different items from their online shop. The process was simple and straightforward. The products were delivered on time and intact.

The Schweizer Alpenclub blanket does not have the same colour as on the pictures. On the pictures the blanket is grey/brown and red - and both colours resemble the colour of an authentic Swiss blanket.
In reality, the red is rather bordeaux and the grey/ brown has a bordeaux glow. It does not resemble the colours of my real authentic Swiss blanket at all..

So super sad shopping experience.

By far the worst ever at a shop.

I ordered a 1500 euro jacket.

1st arrival a stitch loose.
2nd arrival order, it was packed awful.
3rd order they send the first one which I returned which was faulty!
(Are you kidding you send a faulty item back?)
4th order never came, stolen in the post or something.

1500 buckazoids gone….

I tried to talk but they say DHL says it was delivered.

It is unambiguous proof they say that it is marked ‘delivered’.

Now I have to go to my police friends, make a report, then go to lawyer, then go start a case, then go to court.

You can still make it up to me now Manufactum.
I tried to mail and you simply cut me off.
Now I have this proof to say that I warned you one day.

You had this coming… one day I say:

I told you so…

Good products, fair prices. Totally reliable, also great as gift with the voucher program they have. Awesome customer service

Very nice and helpful staff, all went well with picking up my order in store. They have amazing quality items in offer.

I came with a request outside the offered products. Manufactum's special service team first clarified the situation with their own dealer and returned to me with a couple of suggestions. I ordered over their account and got the delivery. Excellent service, not usual in today's landscape.

This is in such amazing quality, it is totally worth the money. Not only it is sustainable tot he environment and biodegradable you can fit a lot of things in their bags and products.

Manufactum is unable to give a estimate delivery time. 3/4 days at site is not correct. Paid 200 euro for shoes. Waiting already 3 weeks and no information at all on what to expect. Do not order here!

Two out of three orders over the past month were arrived with items missing in the box. An order with only three items had the most expensive one missing. The boxes were completely fine and unopened each time.
The process to deliver a replacement takes weeks.
There's no timeline or confirmation and it is not possible to simply ship it again the next day. Pickup at a store is only possible if the item is in stock there. Abysmal.
Normally I would cancel the item and request a refund. But that process is even longer and ripe with unpredictabilities.
