Email confirmations and notifications were prompt after placing order online.
JR Pass arrived in my post box by the estimated timing provided and in perfect condition.
Safe receipt and with registered post to Belgium, This option takes a few days more but they offer this as free delivery. You can also choose the faster courier option and pay a fee, depends on how urgent you need the pass.

I am very satisfied and will recommend to use their service if you need to purchase a JR pass to visit Japan.

I received the passes in 9 business days. Although there was complication regarding the delivery, customer service was prompt to respond to inquiry about the status of the JR passes and was quick to fix the problem. I would kindly like to note that I only received an answer when I contacted them through the website's contact form. They replied within one business day.

I would order through JRpasses again and I would make sure to leave enough time for delivery.

Cheapest that I could find on many websites. Delivery by Fedex and no delivery fee (and I live in Belgium). Very fast delivery.

The experience with your service is in general, good but we're disapointed with your system to charge the delivery expenses.

As your web page admits to order a maximun of 8 JRP, and we needed 9 of them, we were enforced to made two orders (8 JRP + 1 JRP), paying twice for the delivery (15€ + 15€) but you agrupated the orders in only one delivery. Conclusion: you saved one delivery but you did not give us the money back...

First I was worried because no tracking email was sent to my email. But was surprised the next day, Fedex delivered the JR Pass to my doorstep.

Just 1 thing I noticed, official receipt's currency symbol is misleading. It says 214SGD when it should have been 214EUR.

I recommend this company for is service... really a good one.

Incredibly straight forward to use. Tell them where you want to go and what time and they'll sort it all out for you. Employees all speak good English. You can book train tickets up to two days in advance, as is my understanding. Went travelling early February - was really easy to get all our reserved tickets.
