I can honestly say this is the best company i have ever ever dealt with over the years, i was gifted a set the handle with 3 attachments, long story short there was an issue with the handle i contacted them and they sent a replacement out immediately! Delivery was very quick
Delivery was very quick, packaged well. . Lovely product, smells nice. I thought this was an oil, (my mistake, I should have read it properly), it does protect your hair against heat, but my hair still felt dry after using. My hair needs the heat protector oil.

Pretty good
Only used the hairdryer once or twice so far, it could be a little bit more powerful/faster but otherwise it’s a decent hairdryer. The brush with it is very good.
