I ordered 2 pillows and a pair of espadrilles. The espadrilles arrived by Royal Mail, postman rang the bell and handed me the shoes. Onto the pillows...... M&S said they were being delivered by thei... See more

Very disappointed with my online order
Very disappointed with my online order. I purchased a pyjama set and a dressing gown, but both items arrived poorly packaged – still on hangers and simply thrown into the bag without even being folded properly.
It honestly looked like the items had been taken straight from a shop rail or previously returned by someone else. This is not the standard I expect when ordering online from a retailer like this.
I expected items to arrive neatly packed and in proper condition. Unfortunately, this experience left a very poor impression.
Pyjamas were WAY too big
Pyjamas were WAY too big. I ordered medium as I am 5ft 7inches 38 chest. The pyjamas would fit someone 4 inches taller, much longer arms and at least 44 inch chest. M&S needs to employ someone who knows how to use a tape measure! I will donate them to charity and buy Lands End next time - at least they know how to use a tape measure.
Delayed yet again
My on line clothes order is delayed yet again, come on M&S surely you know not to over promise and under deliver!!

Nice product but too slow to arrive
8 days for delivery is too slow compared to every other online order, I waited for the product to come into stock then waiting another 8 days is a lot to ask
Extremely disappointed with Marks and…
Extremely disappointed with Marks and Spencer Customer Service. I tried for hours yesterday evening to make an online order to use my 20% discount code for tshirts. Having loaded 7 into my basket I was unable to complete the order as the screen was just whirring and not completing. It was the last day for the discount so I continued to attempt to complete during the evening. As it was after 8pm I was unable to call the assistance line. Today I am still unable to complete therefore gave them a call to report the glitch however they are unwilling to honour the discount today. And, also blame me for not contacting Customer service yesterday... despite this having closed at 8 pm. For shame Marks and Spencer, I expected better from you.
Ordered a black shirt
Ordered a black shirt. It arrived with no cellophane wrapper, no protective packaging at all just shoved inside a plastic postage bag and folded as if it was going straight into the ironing basket. How shoddy is that.
Return activated immediately.
If you can’t be bothered to deliver quality, don’t expect your customers to accept second best.
Awful customer service
What an awful experience trying to return some trousers! Bought some Dark navy trousers I tried them on at at home - we have a very thick carpet and as I was taking them off they had picked up fibres that were so small I hadn’t even noticed them
When I got to the returns desk the assistant said “ we can’t resell these they’re full of hairs “ what an awful attitude and a complete exaggeration
She sought advice from manager who agreed to accept “ on this occasion “ she inferred I could have used a lint roller on them to remove hairs - as I said they were so small it was hard to see unless they were scrutinised - it felt like the assistant was looking for a reason to refuse the return -after speaking to the manager again to give feedback on the assistant attitude I left feeling very very upset and disappointed
What a disappointment with my order
What a disappointment with my order! Ordered black framed mirror but received gold instead. Called. Customer services advised to return the wrong colour and that the replacement will be send out, no emails confirmation or anything to track down the replacement. Called customer services and was told that replacement will be delivered on the 4th of April but never was delivered or wasn’t notified about delays, what a disappointment M&S especially we wanted to have this mirror for a Easter after decorating our house. Pleasant shop BUT
Pleasant shop BUT. Went into a Marks outlet store. Got most of what I wanted and bought a lot more than I actually went for but spent quite a bit. I had shopped in a few other stores and already filled the bags I had brought so unfortunately needed another bag. It is one of my annoyances that after spending lots of money the shop can't stand the cost of a bag BUT in M & S defence it is a recyclable paper bag and not the dreaded plastic, which is good but still charged for them. How else are people expected to carry large amounts of clothes around after purchasing. Surely the government are not claiming the cost of paper bags back as a tax. If I had only bought a couple of small items then OK but it was impossible for me to carry the stuff I had bought so feel like it is an imposed extra tax by the shop as it was not a plastic bag but a paper one. Sorry M & S, your service was good, your products good. Primark use paper bags too but they don't charge.
What a shame they M&S has hit this low
What a shame they M&S has hit this low, ordered products in store as needed different sizes, still told would get within 2 days .. still waiting 8 days later.. with no way to contact. Using Evri they are at rock bottom! If not in store think twice .
Absolutely awful delivery service
Absolutely awful. Ordered 2 letterbox gifts, 1 for my son and 1 for my daughter at different addresses. My son’s was delivered to someone’s garden shed and my daughter’s was left on a street pavement step outside her street.
Absolutely unacceptable service from their delivery group and now I am out of pocket and my son and daughter did not get their Easter treats.
Only rated one star because I can’t…
Only rated one star because I can’t give ZERO. Decided to treat my son to a Luxury Hot Chocolate and was given a very small hit chocolate in a normal size teacup with no whipped cream or anything else. It was lukewarm and tasteless and given with a grunt. I am disabled with a walking aid and wasn’t offered to take it to the table. Absolutely awful. Not what I was expecting from MandS😞😠
Rude staff not bothered with customer service or sales, dusty boxes on the shelves. …
I got a brilliant M&S beauty adventure calendar. I loved their products and went to their store in Yeovil today. The sales lady could not be more rude if she tried. She spent her time chatting with colleges and then when I asked if they had the product i wanted in the bigger size she didn't even look to see which product I was talking about and gave short and sharp no. I went to Boots down the road. The lady could not be more helpful. I will not be going back and will shop else where.
Toilet closures in Nantwich
Very disappointed to see the closure of toilet facilities in M&S Nantwich. Loyal customers - many of them older or in need of disabled or baby changing facilities - deserve proper services. The other supermarkets do it, so come on M&S!!
Worst coffee I have ever had
Worst coffee I have ever had, cold, tasteless and worst quality
I have bought the 10 chicken chipolata…
I have bought the 10 chicken chipolata sausages and I'm deeply disappointed as the sausage tasted Polysteryne!!Awful...I am a big fan of marks Spencer food but however those sausages are the worse sausages that I ever bought it.
Edgware road branch
Edgware road branch. Asian boy on check out. No good morning. No please. No thank you. No manners. RUDE RUDE RUDE.
Chicken… overgrown and tasteless
I thought the first time I cooked Marks &spencer organic chicken legs, I may have cooked it at too high a temperature. It was awful, overgrown and no flavour. Normally an old bird made very flavourful soup though it was tough. This was like nothing I have tasted before. So I tried it again. same same rubbish.
The pack it so that it looks a reasonable size but when you open you realise you would never have bought such an overgrown chicken. All the time and the ingredients that we waste on this horrible product.
Fish n chips
I only ever shop in M&S as I will not compromise. But this Good Friday I chose not to wait in big Que for fish n chips. So I bought a pkt of 4 chunky frozen cod breadcrumbs and chunky chips. And unfortunately it went in the bin. The fish was chunky but a strange taste. The bread crumbs soggy The chips were so dry and just horrible
I’m so disappointed and feel let down
