I'm not actually reviewing on the shop…
I'm not actually reviewing on the shop I find everything from clothes to food satisfactory very actually my complaint is that we looked forward to getting a percentage off with sparks but now you have to find the money to pay for the item before you benefit some of us can't and it was so lovely to receive the 20% off I don't think I'm the only one that thinks that
Declined Rapidly in Every Way
The help I received in store was exceptional.
The quality of clothes is appaling. 2nd pair of pjs bought and returned due to hideous fit. A size 12-14 always had in past still have some over 8 years old, butvtge new require over 12” to be taken off the length and they are so baggy it’s ludicrous with sparse material at the top
How strange since they been turning out cheap budget like clothes you can no longer leave reviews!!!!!!!! It’s not rocket science to know why
The new Sparks card view absolutely awful, they have drastically declined in every possible way!
For a reputable company they are…
For a reputable company they are absolutely useless!! We made three separate orders. And ALL three came to us in the wrong size. And what a hassle with the returns! They wanted 5 weeks to refund the money. Stay away from them.
Lunch at the Willows Torquay.
Lunch at the Willows Torquay.. disappointing tasteless chicken burger and soggy chips and stuck together.
Unusual for M&S… staff as usual star performers.

Mother’s Day gift
My daughter sent a Mother’s Day gift of a rose plant. Looked beautiful for a week or so but is now very sad despite loving care. It appears that there are very few roots for a fair sized plant.Photos available.
My son gave me a planter sourced from a local nursery- still lovely and flourishing.
This is not the first disappointment, so it will be the last M&S gift.

Rushed into my local M&S mini-store for a couple of items. Had an empty transparent carrier bag, so popped the couple of small items in there. On my way to tills to pay, when accosted by an M&S lady, thrusting an empty wire basket at me - telling me in a stroppy manner, to use it, instead of my clear carrier bag. No signs anywhere stating this. 'Chief Executive & 'Customer Relations' then lied about what happened. M&S gone downhill!..I won't shop there again!

Needs to be a Retraining Of Staff Regarding Politeness to Customers ---
Poor Shopping Experience Recently .
It's The Customers Money That Pays Staff Wages
Archie Norman --Please take Note !
I have recently been browsing the M&S…
I have recently been browsing the M&S website while looking for ladies trousers, and I was disappointed to notice that the models shown appear to be exclusively tall and slim. In real life, women are all shapes and sizes, and it would be far more helpful and realistic to see clothing modelled on a broader range of body types. For example, seeing items worn by someone around 5ft 2 and a size 14 would give a much better indication of how the clothes might look on many of their customers. I feel that more inclusive and representative modelling would greatly enhance the shopping experience and better reflect their customer base.
I bought some white jeans that I did…
I bought some white jeans that I did not like so returned them … the member of staff examined the jeans to within an inch of their life said under her breath mm there is a mark but not directly to me just to her self … she was u friendly and rude and made me feel so uncomfortable i cant shop with confidence there now just in case i need to return something … really is no need for it !!!
Very dangerous practice for coeliacs
Extremely dangerous situation when purchasing gluten free foods for my coeliac son. I was delighted to see a a Colin caterpillar cake with the gluten free food for his birthday. I grabbed it at a cost of £9.50. Fortunately I double checked it before serving as there was actually wheat in it! Why was it with the gluten free food? I emailed M&S who were extremely dismissive about the dangers and said I couldn’t return it for a refund. They said it was just next to the food that was gluten free. There was no clear signage stating this was a separate section and I’ve been buying gluten free food for five years so I’m not easily misled. It was literally stacked with the gluten free food. I explained how dangerous this was as many may make the same mistake and it needs to be clearly separated. We could have had a lot of severely ill children! I’ve asked to raise a complaint but have been ignored so far. I don’t see why I should be out of pocket for their poor and dangerous disorganisation. I’ll update if I get a reply.
Update - I sent my complaint to the CEO where it was farmed out to somebody else. They said they would speak to the store in question regarding what I had highlighted. After a few days I received an email to say the store hadn’t responded but they will give me a voucher to cover my costs. So that clearly demonstrates how seriously they take food safety for their customers! Very poor indeed.
Finally got in with the menswear range…
Finally got in with the menswear range , well done
M and S customer service are extremely…
M and S customer service are extremely unhelpful. I insinuate the customer is a liar. When they advertise an offer he correctly and even the staff in the store believe the same thing as this customer. But the offer will not work and when you challenge the customer service about this they insinuate you are incorrect and lying.
Not a great place to shop and I don't think I will go there again. Steer clear of any offers that they give you as they are fake
Disgusting food for £9 lunch
Disgusting food for £9 lunch. Absolutely rubbish.
Male Under Wear - Really ??????
Hello Marks and Spencer .
I have bought my mens Underwear from you for quite a few years.
I am away from home , work , in Aberdeen.
I visited the Aberdeen shop for underwear.
I took a photograph of the label of the underwear I wanted from you as follows :

Three Part Set

Im told you do not sell these any more . Why ?????????
A female assistant told me the following are the same but with a little support . A little support - quote . Aberdeen don't stock them , the clue was there all along , and they will have to be ordered.
When you are short on time , beggars can't be choosers .

Straight to the point , and If Trust Pilot publish this I will be surprised .
Please explain to me like I'm a Toddler , and not a Mature Engineer , your train of thought to supply mens underwear with a built in Penis Sheath ????
I am truly astonished.
Three pairs of underwear , £28.00 , that had to be delivered. One pair worn for an afternoon until I fully realised the inconvenience of said underwear when visiting a Gentleman’s Washroom.
Three pairs of underwear thrown out.
£28.00 wasted.
I just cannot believe you had the balls to sell these .
I think the time has come for myself and M&S to part company.
NOTE : To any gentlemen of the public reading my ramblings : Avoid these underwear like the Plague.
Vote with your feet , take your hard earned cash elsewhere and show M&S just how appalling their Market Research is.
Horrible Customer Service & "Phantom Orders" – Never Again!
This has been a genuinely horrible experience, and it is the absolute last time I will ever buy anything from M&S.
I ordered items online and the money was immediately taken from my account. After a week of hearing absolutely nothing, I had to chase them up myself. Customer service told me my purchase was a "phantom order"—meaning they took my money, but the order never actually placed on their system.
I had to call back again a few days later, only to find out they had completed an internal investigation without ever bothering to contact me with the results. Instead of simply processing the order I had already paid for, they are just issuing a refund. I explicitly asked for them to just fulfill the order because I used a one-time coupon code that is now invalid. If I want my items now, I have to pay more out of pocket to cover their mistake.
They should have fixed this issue straight away on my very first call instead of making me jump through hoops for a system error that was entirely their fault. Absolutely terrible customer service and a complete lack of basic communication.
M & S Sparks Offers
The new sparks rewards offers scheme is absolutely rubbish! I have been sent a “earn £9 reward when you buy women’s jeans & footwear together” reward - until M & S start to offer women’s footwear in a size 10 EU45 I will never be able to consider them for footwear!!
This could also be seen as discriminatory M & S!!!
I just wanted to say a big thank you to…
I just wanted to say a big thank you to Carmel, Bra fitting services, White Rose Shopping Centre. She helped my mum who has been struggling for quite a while & couldn't get the right size fitted. Thank you very much Carmel!
Disappointed by the service
I'm disappointed by the service I received at the High Wycombe store today. My husband and I were shopping together but paid separately; however, when we asked the assistant to add the points from his transaction to our account while I was still at the till, we were told it wasn't possible because the sale had already been processed. I have since found, through M&S customer service, that this is not the case.
Dinky Cornish Pasties were empty !!!
Did a small Buffet Tea last weekend and bought 3 packets of M&S Dinky Cornish Pasties. It was extremely disappointing to find that almost half of the 18 that I put out on the plate had NOTHING inside them and I mean nothing at all !!! Although they all looked 'puffed up' and the same from the outside, it was not until one bit into them one realised they had nothing inside .... it was just pastry !!! My guests thought it was hilarious but I was furious. They dont appear to even be made in Cornwall either so that begs the question, should they even be marketed and sold as 'Cornish Pasties' ?? I managed to rescue one of the empty boxes and reference number is G1C10021:49.
