My fridge freezer suddenly stopped working I had to order a fridge freezer quick because I am a diabetic my medicine needs to be in the fridge.
I ordered the fridge today and they are coming tomorrow.

Great service! Great delivery guys.

We recently bought a washing machine from Marks Electrical, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The delivery arrived exactly when promised, and everything went smoothly.

A big thank you to Mike and Otto, who were absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, professional, and took great care when bringing the washing machine into the house and placing it exactly where we wanted it. Nothing was too much trouble.

Outstanding customer service and a hassle-free experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Marks Electrical and will definitely use them again!

Five star service from Steve

I've been (like everyone in the UK right now) grinding to find an air conditioner, and I specifically wanted an Ecoair Apollo.

I saw that it was available for delivery within the next 2 weeks, but called up to confirm as I know these are pretty hard to get right now.

I was put through to Steve G in the sales team, and he was really friendly, confirmed the delivery date was in fact correct and gave me more context. He then set up the order, sent me a link to pay and confirmed over the phone and by email once I had paid.

Five star service, can't wait for my product to arrive.

Excellent company. Recommend wholeheartedly.

Competitive prices and good range of products. Amazing customer service. Easy to contact, pleasant and efficient. Kept me informed about delivery. The men who delivered were superb - cheerful, friendly and efficient. Above all the driver was able to manoeuvre his large van in to my tiny driveway with no problems!
I would certainly use Marks Electrical again.

My mum recommended mark’s electrical to…

My mum recommended mark’s electrical to me as i was on the hunt for a new washing machine and the process was 10/10. We had the delivery from Mike and Otto who had brillaint service explaining the best way to fix the machine in and even said hello to my dog which he loved. Thank you Marks Electrical !!

🚨TERRIBLE AFTER SALES SUPPORT 🚨

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Marks Electrical’s customer service.
I reported a fault with my hoover within 48 hours of delivery and have consistently maintained that the item is faulty and not fit for purpose. From the outset, I provided everything requested, including videos of the fault, and even had to resend the same information multiple times.
I was then asked to contact customer services via live chat, where I was told that the returns process had been initiated. Despite this, I received no further updates or return instructions.

Almost a month has now passed since I first reported the fault. Instead of resolving the issue, communication has been poor, with repeated requests for information already provided and responses that simply referred me back to previous emails. At one stage, I was even told there had been no reply to an email, despite having responded via WhatsApp and formally raising a complaint.

I appreciate that retailers are entitled to inspect an item to verify a fault, but I do not believe it should take this long or require so much effort from the customer. The lack of communication and the delays have been frustrating and have left me with little confidence in the after-sales service.

Based on my experience, I DO NOT recommend Marks Electrical for their after-sales support.‼️‼️❌❌

Ordered a dishwasher at 2pm and it was delivered promptly without any delay or fuss by 8am the next day. Item placed unpacked in the kitchen and old machine taken away. Cannot ask for more. Very satisfied. Price was good.

Ordered Thursday afternoon and arrived at 7am on Friday! Corey and Matt completed delivery of the new fridge freezer today. They were really friendly guys, very helpful and professional. Got the new fridge in place with no bother or damage to the property and helped remove the old one. Cheers

Dodgy delivery crew

The item was great and at the best price I could find.

The delivery was arranged quickly and came on time.

However, I ordered for the packaging to be taken away and my scrap TV. The delivery team tried to insist on leaving the packaging, citing that 'if' there was an issue, the collecting team may refuse to take it without packaging. I explained to them that it would be their companies responsibility to sort it out and instructed them to take the packaging. Begrudgingly they did.

About 15 minutes later I went out of my front door to see my old 85" TV still outside where I had left it for them. I then had to ring customer services to get them and return to complete the job that had technically paid for.

I honestly think they just didn't want anything on their van to take back, not impressed at all.
