I've been (like everyone in the UK right now) grinding to find an air conditioner, and I specifically wanted an Ecoair Apollo.
I saw that it was available for delivery within the next 2 weeks, but called up to confirm as I know these are pretty hard to get right now.
I was put through to Steve G in the sales team, and he was really friendly, confirmed the delivery date was in fact correct and gave me more context. He then set up the order, sent me a link to pay and confirmed over the phone and by email once I had paid.
Five star service, can't wait for my product to arrive.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Marks Electrical’s customer service.
I reported a fault with my hoover within 48 hours of delivery and have consistently maintained that the item is faulty and not fit for purpose. From the outset, I provided everything requested, including videos of the fault, and even had to resend the same information multiple times.
I was then asked to contact customer services via live chat, where I was told that the returns process had been initiated. Despite this, I received no further updates or return instructions.
Almost a month has now passed since I first reported the fault. Instead of resolving the issue, communication has been poor, with repeated requests for information already provided and responses that simply referred me back to previous emails. At one stage, I was even told there had been no reply to an email, despite having responded via WhatsApp and formally raising a complaint.
I appreciate that retailers are entitled to inspect an item to verify a fault, but I do not believe it should take this long or require so much effort from the customer. The lack of communication and the delays have been frustrating and have left me with little confidence in the after-sales service.
Based on my experience, I DO NOT recommend Marks Electrical for their after-sales support.‼️‼️❌❌

Dodgy delivery crew
The item was great and at the best price I could find.
The delivery was arranged quickly and came on time.
However, I ordered for the packaging to be taken away and my scrap TV. The delivery team tried to insist on leaving the packaging, citing that 'if' there was an issue, the collecting team may refuse to take it without packaging. I explained to them that it would be their companies responsibility to sort it out and instructed them to take the packaging. Begrudgingly they did.
About 15 minutes later I went out of my front door to see my old 85" TV still outside where I had left it for them. I then had to ring customer services to get them and return to complete the job that had technically paid for.
I honestly think they just didn't want anything on their van to take back, not impressed at all.
