My freezer was delivered by Mosh & J today. Great service & both very friendly.

Had my induction hob delivered on a Sunday morning . Excellent communication prior to the delivery with a courtesy call just beforehand with an accurate time.

Had been away for 2 weeks to come back and find the dryer had given up 😒 Search the Internet for recommended makes find the one ideal for us search again to find it anywhere in stock and these guys popped up
Now I have never heard of them before so was a bit unsure but after reading reviews thought yeah should be alright
This purchase was made in the VERY early hours of Saturday morning thanks to jet lag and delivery was still showing Sunday 31st which I was amazed by and thought nah it wouldn't be right will end up being delayed and push to Monday when I head back to work but even the order confirmation said the same
Notification came through Sunday morning saying your order will be with you between 07:43 - 10:43 I couldn't believe it!!
The lovely Craig and Ev arrived just before 9am still smiling after having to push it up a steep driveway (sorry)
And am chuffed this was such an easy purchase from a company I hadn't heard of before and am so relieved the stress of coming back from holiday hitting reality with no working dryer has been so quickly resolved thank you for the speedy service!!

Great value and quick delivery for our fridge freezer. The only criticism is that they do not offer a door reversal service like other retailers

Excellent service, delivered on time, and earlier in the day than first advised.

Communication was top notch, with emails prior to delivery day, and a call from the driver when he was almost with us.

Haven’t unpacked yet, as we’re having a whole new kitchen fitted in the next few months, so they’re both in storage for now.

Very friendly, my old American fridge freezer was a tank however was no issue for the lads that came to collect. Delivery of my new fridge freezer was also very efficient. The delivery driver was a top bloke. Would definitely recommend using this company. It was my first time and probably won’t be my last.

I would like to say a huge thank you to the two gentlemen who delivered our American fridge freezer. They were professional, friendly, and courteous from start to finish. The appliance was large and difficult to manoeuvre, but they handled everything with great care and efficiency.

They took the time to ensure the fridge freezer was positioned correctly and made sure everything was in perfect order before leaving. Their positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out and made the whole delivery experience stress-free.

Great service, Craig and Everett went above and beyond delivering out item ( American fridge freezer) exactly where we required it. The box didn’t have a single blemish on and they handled the goods with care. Also offered us verbal advice how best for us to get the large item into our property! 11/10 service! Highly recommend!
