The first oven delivered didn’t work - which may or may not have been due to the bang it received on route from van to kitchen.
Customer service were very good though and the replacement has arrived only 3 days later and all seems to be well.
The delivery service guys (Graig & Ev) were first rate.
They were very polite and took great care getting it moved in, unpacked and positioned in the kitchen.
I’d definitely use Marks again just for the service

A very poor experience from Marks Electrical with the issue STILL not resolved.
I purchased a Samsung frame TV on 16th November, it arrived with a mark on the screen, I contacted Marks Electrical right away. Engineers have come to inspect the TV with no clear resolution. I have had to have more than 20+ instances of communication with calls and emails chasing a resolution since November almost every time me having to chase for an update.
I have spoken with countless different members of staff (Elle Thorne, Amy Johnson, Sarah English, Carly Wilson, Stevie Wright) with nobody seemingly taking ownership.
It has been a month since my last update which was 'I apologize for the delayed resolution. I am currently following up with the manufacturer and will provide you with an update as soon as I receive any information regarding your case' from Amy Johnson.
I have been offer a partial refund, been told the engineer confirmed there was an issue with the TV but still I am with a product which clearly has a mark on the screen and no resolution.
I hope the team see this and respond as nobody is responding to me or providing me any updates like a customer service team should.
Brilliant team, took away old machine and noticed damage to new one, arranged an alternative straight away and new delivery. Careful in the house and lovely people.
