Easy to order from website had 2 days delivery which other companies where offering mid week ..not great then you don't have a working washer delivery was fast and efficient craig &ev did a great job delivered to the room I wanted also called when they was 5 minutes away

Overall Great Experience
Ordering process for TV was fine via website with excellent price and 5 yr warranty included. Kept updated when delivery of TV set would be. Courtesy call from delivery team as they left previous address to advise I was next. TV brought into home as per instruction and delivery team (Baz & Lee) checked condition of set before departing. Good service and no complaints.

Absolutely first class start to finish.
Absolutely first class from ordering our new washer, to delivery tracking and to installation. Craig and Ev (487731) were first class delivery and installation guys. They were so polite and friendly and I honestly felt they went out of their way for me.
The website was easy to use. Price and choice was great... but the customer service was PERFECT. We've used Marks Electrical previously and standards are so high we will certainly use them again.
