Terrible customer service
All was good until a problem arose immediately after installation of our new integrated fridge/freezer. Engineers came on the 15th June, they could not fix it and said they’d advise it is replaced and someone would call me the next day. This is the last we heard from the company. No one has rung, no one has responded to our emails. Absolutely diabolical customer service. I’ve told them to come and remove it and refund me, they haven’t even responded to that so we’ve started a S75 consumer credit claim as luckily we paid on credit card. Absolutely do not recommend this company.

The delivery team was excellent…
The delivery team was excellent considering it was not a easy route for the delivery of the American fridge freezer but they did it professionally and were very friendly. There was some cosmetic damage to the appliance which was probably caused prior to dispatch but the Marks Electrical Customer Services team were very good and resolved this issue within a day. Would highly recommend

Price was cheapest i could find
Price was cheapest i could find. Sale person was very nice to speak to, wish she would have got my Name correct in the invoice, even after numerous mails the name stayed the same, just a small snag. Delivery team where nice, quick and helpful as always, just a bit late on this occasion bust understandably issues the road closures. Found buying experience amazing being online via email, even sent email including a link to the manufacturer's warranty page, a nice reminder to get the warranty registration completed in time.

Very happy with price, ease of use on website and delivery customer service.
Delivery drivers, Ravi and Richard, were friendly and helpful. They kept us informed on their arrival ETA and arrived on time as stated. Also giving good advice on what to do when using the dishwasher for the first time and a reminder to complete registration.
