Cannot speak highly enough of Mark Worthington Jewellers the gentleman that I spoke to on the phone called Harley was very helpful and friendly and a pleasure to deal with, all questions answered so I had no hesitation in buying the BlackBay 58 Blue dial which arrived on time and as described no issues at all.

I ordered some jewellery to be handmade by the Designer who took the time and trouble to meet our specification and produce a beautiful piece of jewellery. The service they provided was excellent from both the Designer and the Manager and have no hesitation in recommending Company.

The definition of 5 star service. Harley not only made the process of purchasing an engagement ring straightforward, but super enjoyable at the same time. I never for a second felt pressured into paying more, or going down a particular route; instead, it was clear Harley was squarely invested in the ring being the right thing. I couldn’t recommend this place more.

Recently bought an Omega Seamaster 300, absolutely thrilled with the watch. I was unable to visit the shop but Harley is very professional and we did the deal over the phone. Watch arrived as stated, expertly packaged, very happy.

He offered great advice, and the watch was amazing, and arrived the next day. My first time dealing with Mark Worthington but I can not recommend them enough. I have been after a discontinued watch for some time and they were able to provide me with all the information I needed on the piece and ship it to me. As I wasn't able to view it in person they offer a 14 day return service. They posted the item promptly and securely and it was exactly as described and shown in pictures on website. Great selection of preowned watches and I would highly recommend checking out their selection if you are looking for a preowned time piece from Omega, rolex etc. 12 month warranty and proof of previous service from omega was also provided which is a nice bonus. I dealt with Harley who was knowledable on the piece I bought and was able to offer support on questions I had about servicing and procuring additional links from omega for the bracelet. Excellent service overall.

Having purchased a number of watches over the years, once again I experienced nothing but a courteous and professional service. Mark Worthington Jewellers, absolute pleasure to deal with. I had been looking at a Tudor BB58 GMT since its release but just didn’t get the time to sit at a dealer and buy one. Whilst on a bit of downtime over the Christmas break I noticed MWJ had this model for sale, in new condition with stickers and slightly cheaper than retail.
An enquiry email was sent, the deal was done and although I couldn’t collect in person, Harley made the online / phone transaction as easy as possible so I could get my hands on the watch next day.
Watch in hand, I absolutely adore it as a daily wear and really pleased I pulled the trigger.

MWJ were a pleasure to deal with and will likely purchase from them sometime in the future.
