The ease of dealing with Harley in obtaining a much sort after watch was great. The whole process from start to finish was straightforward with good open communication including delivery. Would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to purchase a watch.

Harley was brilliant and very helpful. I was a bit concerned about paying by bank transfer but after talking to him he reassured me and I went ahead and purchased the watch I wanted for my wife birthday. The watch came the next day and was exactly as described. Although pre owned I couldn’t find a single mark or even a tiny scratch. Absolutely fantastic service and extremely helpful. Amazing jewellers, communication excellent from start to finish in the process. Any questions I had were answered honestly and throughly. Once I had purchased the watch I received an email to say it would be dispatched the same day. It came the day after. Would definitely buy from here again and recommend to friends and family to buy from here. Watch arrived in amazing condition with all the service papers and securely packaged. Very pleased and happy.

Recently sold two watches which was hassle free. Quick comms and paid what they said and payment was made quickly.

Sold them my watch no problems money as promised

We made an appointment online to view / potentially purchase a watch, and we were all set for our appointment what I thought was made. We got to Wilmslow for 9am, as the website said they opened for this time, we went to the shop which was closed, so thought maybe the time on the website is wrong and they open at 9.30, like most of the other shops in the area. So we had a coffee and went back for 9.40am, and it was still shut, and after ringing the bell several times with no answer I decided to ring the telephone number on the door. A gentleman called Harry answered the phone and I told him the nature of our visit, so he booked us in for 10am. Whilst we waited for our appointment we went to view other shops. Our appointment finally came round and Harry was very polite and helpful, he was very knowledgeable about the product. I would certainly recommend Mark Worthington Jewellers. Should we need another watch we would most certainly try them again. Hopefully get the booking made properly next time, as I don't think the one on the website went through to them.

I bought a watch for over £5000.00 from Mark Worthington Jewellers with a guarantee of a 14-day refund. The watch stopped working within the 14 days and they asked me to return the watch. They then refused to give a refund. We are now having to resort to legal procedures in order to get a refund. I will update.

I approached Mark Worthington as I wanted to create a bracelet from my beautiful but simple combined engagement/ wedding ring as I could no longer wear on fingers.
From emailing a photo to the end result it was an absolute pleasure.
The service and care I received from Gary- the Goldsmith and Sue customer host was beyond special.
My bracelet is stunning and the pleasure it gives me wearing it apart from what it represents almost 30 years of marriage is down to the unique and personal care put into the making of it.

I have purchased two watches this year from "Mark Worthington" and it has been absolute pleasure. Living a long way from Wilmslow, I could not get to the showroom straight away, but they held the watches for me on both occasions and arranged viewing appointments at my convenience. The watches were also exactly as described and competitively priced. Both Harley and Ted certainly know their stuff and were happy to "talk watches" long after I'd made the purchase, which made the whole experience very enjoyable.

Friendly, professional,informative,welcoming, everything you wish for in a sales operation but rarely encounter these days. Harley is a credit to the operation he not only effected the transaction, but followed up both the timely delivery and satisfaction of product, plus guidance as to how to replace the bracelet if required. Would recommend them to any potential clients.
