Marriot Hotel Royal Bristol

Only for Marriot Hotel Royal - Bristol, UK

AVOID at all costs.
Liked · The Location of the hotel was easy in the centre of the town.
Disliked · I was told I had to pay for Parking which is outrageous for a hotel. Will not be returning again. I was then told I would be emailed the free WIFI code in which I never was. I tried logging in several times to which I was told that my room didn't have this service. Really bad hotel experience. And the host at the front desk was really rude when I said I was never told that I had to pay for parking.

Birthday treat for my friend

I took my friend to Bristol for a birthday treat and stayed at The Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel.
The service from beginning to end was amazing in all departments, friendly, professional welcoming staff. The room was superb everything catered for and the cleanliness though out was admirable in these troubled times. My friend was given a box of chocolates and a little tin of biscuits on booking in as I mentioned it was a treat for her birthday.
We were both very impressed with the whole experience and the hotels deserve full credit. I would recommend it to anyone and will certainly stay gain. I will just add the underground parking is so convenient and reasonably priced.
