Avoid this estate agents like the plague charged my son £175 too apply for a property .he then wasn't successful but wont give his money back ,a complete scam as I. Work in the rental buisness .I am contacting the regulatory body of this fraud and how many people have. They robbed watch this space

I bought my renter property through martin &co and they were brilliant from start to finish. I couldn't have asked for a better firm to manage the property than Martin &co. I will recommend them to friends and families any time any day. keep the good work going.

I shortlisted Martin & Co to find me a tenant and I couldn’t fault their communication and effort. Lauren always kept me updated of progress and also made some very useful recommendations. All went well and would definitely use again for my next tenant find. Thank you Lauren

Tradesmen beware!!!!! You will be waiting an age to get paid and when you call asking where your hard earned money is you are met with rude, ignorant and uneducated staff. Tradesmen you will be spoken too like you are the dregs of society. They say they are always looking for tradesmen!!!! There is a reason for this maybe because they are condescending, don't pay their bills and think they are better than the rest of the worlds population. The manager is the worst and must have got the job after showing her only qualification and cetificate for retrieving a rubber brick from the bottom of a swimming pool in her pyjamas. The staff are under the illusion that tapping a keyboard with 1 finger and talking to humans like scum is an actual skilled job but in reality any man and his dog could do their job to a much higher standard. So you have been warned tradesmen!! If you like getting paid for your hard work and like to pay your bills on time then avoid martin&co doncaster!!!!! Martin & co doncaster is now on the tradesmans blacklist for poor payers and rude staff so all good tradesmen in doncaster can avoid.
You only have to look on Google reviews to see many more customers reporting rude staff so be very warned!! I'd be devastated as a business owner if any of my customers wrote a bad review but martin&co don't care cos everyone is scum to them.

Absolutely terrible. Very, very poor quality of customer service. The staff isn't professional at all. After moving into the property, when there are some issues, you could see that they are unhelpful, unfriendly and even more than rude! The only thing they care are their money I'm afraid. Worst tenancy ever - extremely stressful. Wouldn't recommend them even to the worst enemy! If you would like to know more, please read Google reviews.

A big thank you to Martin & Co for looking after us well during our 2 year house rental in Doncaster. A special mention for Robyn for her regular house inspections and help when necessary. And for Lorna and all the letting staff. It was also a beautiful house.
