Ho effettuato un ordine tramite zalando…

Ho effettuato un ordine tramite zalando e ho esercitato il diritto di recesso. Ho restituito il capo integro, con etichette, mai indossato.
Il pacco è stato consegnato a loro ma ad oggi, dopo giorni, non ho ricevuto alcun rimborso.
All’assistenza rispondono che "non è possibile rimborsare" anche se il reso è arrivato.
Comportamento scorretto e poco professionale. Sconsiglio vivamente gli acquisti.
Sto procedendo con segnalazione alle autorità competenti

Ordinato giubbotto in montone ecologico di Ralph Lauren non facile da trovare on line in quanto o già esaurito o rimaste taglie diverse dalla xs. Acquistato scontato,arrivato nei tempi previsti e perfettamente imballato. Capo originale conforme alla foto sul sito del negozio

Pessimo. Articolo ordinato non arriva, vi rimborsano ma si trattengono le spese della spedizione. Comunicazione difficile. A volte rispondono a volte no. Non vi fidate. E una truffa!

Eccellete! Articolo acquistato e spedito in meno di 24 ore. Tutto perfetto, spedizione veloce ed imballaggio top. Anche la scatola è veramente molto carina.Mi hanno fatto applicare un coupon con lo sconto e mi hanno inviato un altro coupon per il prossimo acquisto. Consigliato!
