Awful experience
Awful experience! Ordered special food for my SICK dog, was supposed to arrive in 48 hours. Two WEEKS later still no delivery! Plus, they use to first logistic company in Mallorca, that is too lazy to deliver Ti-psa. AVOID!!!! A total SCAM! Lost almost 100 euro and my dog had no prescribed food for two weeks! I wish I had read these reviews before!

Poor Customer Service - RESOLVED
I bought a parrot cage from this company pre built and as soon as I started using it I realised that it was badly designed and the metal was so flimsy that when you pulled out the trays they could not stay rigid.
The tray supports were so thin they could not even support the tray without bending so the tray constantly fell out.
The metal grills were too small, also bowed and also fell out regularly. When they fell on a tray it just buckled.
A plastic wheel insert has now broken and the wheel falls out.
I have spent about €25 just to make this viable short term whilst finding something that is not total rubbish.
Emails to the company are currently not being responded to.
With three animals the company with poor reviews will lose a lot of income if they sell poor quality expensive items and do not support customers with legitimate complaints.
There is more strength in a tin foil BBQ tray or disposable tin foil turkey roasting tray.
UPDATE:
Today I received a full refund for the cage. Initially the company attempted to find an alternative cage but the Spanish market seems to be flooded with poor quality Chinese imports and eventually a refund was the only realistic option.
This company now gets a 4* review based on integrity and acceptance the cage was not fit for purpose.
I also commend those involved for doing it all with an apologetic and fair minded demeanour.
