I'm very satisfied with all the products I have bought till now, they suit my needs and wishes. I would recommend Maskateer products to anyone who's looking for quality, functional and great looking waist trainers or gym belts, or shaping products. Also the customer service is very helpful and with fast response. I would also like to applaud the much faster delivery in this year (for Germany).

Delivery time to Serbia was amazingly fast. At the moment I'm living in Kosovo and I still didn't see the product. My sister says its great quality. 4 stars only because you don't deliver to Kosovo, I am certain plenty of women in Kosovo would love to wear your corsets. When I try the product then I can review it.

I have very bad experience with…
I have very bad experience with Maskateer last time.
I already use their product and I did not paid any extra cost last year when I spent avot 140 euro od goods. This year I spen less than 70 euro and paid extra cost for custom and transport even if our Government act states that we have to pay if amount is higher than 150 euro.
When I bought goods there were written than I paid shipping costs and I was sure that it will be same procedure as last time.
My goods delay more than 3 weeks and their answers about return are very dissapointed.

Hi, thank you for your review. We are sad that you had a not so good experience on this occasion unlike the previous one. Unfortunately, like you, we are so disappointed with the new regulations in 2021 since Brexit, which made delivery more complicated for everyone to certain regions around the world. Both buyers and sellers were affected and Customs fees and Import duty are also some things that we do not control. We do on the other hand help our customers as much as we can, and some Customs delays are again our of our hands. We continue to to the account managers from the shipping companies we use to ensure things improve week by week, and we can say that things are getting much better between deliveries across international borders and we operate locally in different regions now also so our customers can avoid Customs fees and Import duties in certain regions.
DHL cost
Good day,
I received from the DHL email where is written that I have to pay additional cost of 60 eur for there services and customs clearance is included in the package as well.
If I knew that I have to pay almost double price I would never order from you waist trainer. I come from Serbia and here salaries are not high as you may know, average salary is 400 eur.
You should have option to send package with the regular post office and if someone wants can request DHL for the fast shipping.
Apart of that waist trainer is very good I am satisfied with the quality.

Hi, thanks for you review and yes we use more than one carrier for Serbia. for returns we also advise our customers to to use carriers like PostExpress EMS in Serbia. In terms of Customs and Import duties, it is not us that charge you these fees but the Government and your tax authority for when you purchase international products. Despite being a British brand, the good news is that now we have a local warehouse in Serbia so no more Customs fees for our customers.

I am usually sceptical about internet shopping because of many previous disappointments and you, dear Maskateer Team, are a really pleasant surprise in every way:
- From replying and »comforting me« that you will take care about my mistake that I have made by ordering the wrong size (this size fits perfectly)
- To how fast I have received the product
- How nicely it was packed and of course, main thing
- The product is fantastical, super comfortable to wear and almost invisible under my outfit.

On the return, the corset was stained probably at the customs, so Maskateer did not send me the right size, even though I've explained to them that I didn't even put it on.
Very unsatisfied with this purchase.
