Dear Denitsa, we are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied. Please note that our customer service team can only go by the accuracy of the waist size they are provided by the customers and if the waist is measured incorrectly, the size will most likely be wrong. Also, in terms of returning parcels, the shipping costs are paid directly to a third party, which our brand unfortunately cannot control or benefit from.
