I’ve had 2 waist trainers from here and the first one I wore it so much for about 4 years after having my little girl it really did work - the other I’ve never worn due to ordering the wrong size I’ve also had a gym belt but never managed to keep that on! I’ve just ordered myself a new belt as my other one practically fell apart after wearing it so much! I can not recommend these waist trainers enough, be patient - check the sizes measure yourself properly and follow the guidance on how to do that! Thank you, I look forward to my new belt coming!

Everyday girdle
The delivery was swift through DHL. The girdle was just as seen online however, it was too small for me. It was too tight on my thighs and I could not button it. I should have bought a large. My waist is 37 and my hips are 43. I chose a medium. I am wondering if I can return it for a large?

Sizing is not accurate. Exchange? No such thing. It cost too much to return almost as much as waist trainer. Do your stuck with something that does not fit you. 🙅🏻♀️🚫🚫🚫

The size charts are accurate on our website, and measuring yourself properly is extremely important to get the ideal fit and size. It is better and more simple for everyone that we refund the customer straight instead of exchanges, so that you can focus on re-ordering the correct size for you. More items were ordered on that site and several hundred euros were spent. When I sent a complaint message for one of the waist trainers, it took about a month for me to be refunded with 20 euros and it was said that I was to blame for what happened, that it snapped. Pictures and video were sent to them. Of course, I can publish it here as well, just as our conversation can be published, where mere unprofessionalism can be seen. For the Second waist trainer, which also snapped, I did not send a complaint because I think there is no need considering what I have already experienced. Furthermore, leggings, which are also considered to be of good quality, only stretched after a couple of wearing and are no longer good for dressing. I haven't used some of the things I ordered yet because unfortunately I don't think it's efficient or high quality. One of the order number is here 21542

We will look into your case more thoroughly and find out why you had a negative experience. In terms of refunds, unfortunately that can only happen once the items are returned, however long that takes. Also, in terms of products snapping, we are not sure entirely what you mean because these are clothing fabrics, but if rubber latex was dry cleaned or put into washing machines and not cleaned with wet cloths or appropriate cleaning sprays, as advised, then it can damage the waist trainer product. Also ordering the right size helps with the longevity of the product.

Hi Marija, measuring the waist size correctly can be tricky if our instructions are not followed to the tee, because each person has a different body shape. When measuring your waist, it is best to use a measuring tape and wrap it around the narrowest part of your waist, holding it steady and in a straight horizontal line, usually just under the belly button and where the curve of your hips meet. Measure by looking into a mirror, and squeeze the measuring tape around a little to get that compression feeling around the waist. Lookup the cm on the measuring tape and match it on our size chart to get that perfect size and fit.

Hi Magdelene, the rubber latex waist trainer is pretty strong and compressive and does not lose its shape, are you sure it was not the fact that it worked so well on you, that you you need the next size down fast. Some clients size down every 6-12 weeks.
