Avoid avoid avoid. Terrible service.

I paid for next day delivery on a Thursday to arrive by Friday. Still no delivery or confirmation on the following Tuesday (as they couldn’t contact their provider)

Was assured of a refund which I had no confirmation of until a week later even after being assured it had happened.

Both Emily and Oliver promised call backs and confirmations that did not happen.

I have confirmation of refund more than a week after it should have occurred.

Absolutely no consideration for people’s personal time and circumstances.

I am sure it will be ok in future though as my comments have been noted…

Avoid at all costs.
Paid more for express delivery (for a reason) - didn’t come.
I had to chase. Promised express delivery refund. Promised a new date to enable me to stick to carpet fitting timelines - did not come!
Tried 4 times to get a refund as I had to buy skirting from b&q as this product did not arrive.
2 x attempts for them to pick the skirting up - mixed messaging from them, asked to destroy it, then asked to keep it and get it sent back.
Honestly, hopeless.
It’s cluttering up my house as the only place it’ll fit is down my stairs.
No communication from them, over £400 out of pocket. Now 03/06 when I ordered on 20/04
So poor
