well first shipment i received was broken, i sent the shipment back all shipping was arranged by mastertools. they gave me a full refund and i placed the order again. I'm happy

Mastertools.nl responded quite fast after asking them the progress of my order. I really didn't expect that. The package was well wrapped and I received it as i hoped. The price was very good! In the futur I defenitly will place more orders at Mastertools.nl!

They said that they send it to me but…
Mastertools said that they send an order to me, but didn’t find me at home. I asked to reschedule shipping, but they gave me shipment company contacts. I called them and the answer was that nobody gives them any packages to send to me. Somebody is lying very much. Costumer service is very poor. Whats pissed me off is that i had to find my order by myself.
Later everything went good. Not on time, but finally I got my order.
