well first shipment i received was broken, i sent the shipment back all shipping was arranged by mastertools. they gave me a full refund and i placed the order again. I'm happy

My DeWalt set was shipped fast and delivered fast. There was also an active promotion from DeWalt and I got a free battery from it.

Good price
Good price. Delivered correctly. Good tool. (Dewalt is good stuff, of course.)
The reason for 4 stars is that next day delivery was promised, if the order was in time. I was several hours before, on a week day, but the order wasn’t processed until late next day, meaning delivery was also a day later than promised. I needed the tool the next day, so this was a bit annoying.

Awefull shipping conditions
The delivery time took far longer , over 2 weeks instead of the 2 to 5 working days they advertised. I payed a lot of money on "special" shipping for An item that could easily be transported by regular delivery services , and because i live in a neighbour country, i don't have track and trace or delivery within 24h. So no "special" service whatsoever. I can only immagine what it will take if the item needs a repair . . Mastertools reacted quickly to this complaint but they seem to miss the sarcasm in the use of the word "special" . They said all conditions were advertised , however , the shipping company sent me an e-mail to notify me they would not stick to the advertised conditions because the delivery was to a neighbour country !! Meanwhile I got my package , the box was bruised and it had clearly been opened . Fortunatly all items were still in the box and seem in good conditionfor this "special " service I payed over 50 euro !! I will never shop here again.

You may have misinterpreted the name "Special Transport". Our website tells you all about it.
This name of the delivery service does not mean that there will be a different or more special delivery or service. We naturally want to offer everyone the best service regardless of which delivery service is chosen.
The delivery time was listed at the time of ordering on the website next to the item, we did not have it in stock.
The website shows in advance how long it takes to handle a warranty claim.
