I tried to contact you guys for 2 week,this was my second time ordering from you guys, my first order was great but my second order was dissatisfying. I ordered a black stroller from you guys and when I got it the box was beat up and the stroller was used everything was already opened the stroller had stains and you could tell where someone tried to clean it I’m unhappy because it’s a nice stroller and I really wanted to get my moneys worth I still haven’t heard back from you guys I definitely don’t want the stroller for my infant it’s a pandemic and I don’t trust where the stroller has been.

I love the padding in both the car seat and stroller. The timing was great from when my order was placed and delivered. The color combo is very nice too. Car seat is very lightweight yet durable and the stroller is very sturdy. I absolutely love them both

I was very impressed with my stroller the only thing I didn’t like was the packing was very dusty on the inside which made the stroller very dusty and I wish they would’ve taken into consideration that a newborn baby is going to be sitting inside of it other than that I was VERY satisfied and I don’t regret choosing Maternity Miracles !

We love the stroller system!!! Only problem was the delivery. I paid for expedited shipping to get it in time for the baby shower but it didn't arrive until the day after. Other than that, I'm very pleased with my purchase.

YES in fact it was copy and pasted since this is the same owner of the TAY ONLINE STORE and he does not respond to my emails or my reviews on the other site so I had to get his attention and WARN others in another way. YYES IT WAS COPY AND PASTED thats 100% true. Is it a false review? 100% NO. please go and read the reviews on TAY ONLINE before making purchases with this company or the other company. They sell the same garbage strollers at this place like they do online. READ MY REVIEWS BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE. HE TOOK MY MONEY TOLD ME HE WOULD PAY FOR MY SHIPPING BACK I RECIEVED A DAMANGED STROLLER WITH 3 WHEELS AND HALF THE STUFF MISSING THAT I ORDERED.

The stroller/car seat took over 2 weeks to arrive. The car seat purchased from your site did not come with a base to secure seat in the car or the buckle that clasps across the baby’s chest to secure baby in the seat. After having my son, the hospital would not permit us to leave with the baby in the car seat because it was considered u safe as a result of not having the proper buckles to secure the baby.

I bought a $299.99 baby stroller from this website: maternitymiracles.com on Cyber Monday (Nov 30, 2020). The business name is called "Maternity Miracles - Luxury Baby Strollers & Maternity Gifts". I received the baby stroller on Dec 4. The package is a large box. I opened it and found the product is different from the pictures and videos on the box and their website. I checked the details of the product and the manual. This is actually a counterfeit product which is obviously made of cheap materials. It is NOT Luxury AT ALL. It has a harsh chemical smell. The stitching on the stroller generally is quite frankly shoddy. Not only this, but the manual is just one piece of paper with limited information and doesn't even have their logo and brand name printed. It even does not tell you how to fold your stroller. The instruction on the manual is created very carelessly. The words are poorly translated from another language. I was every disappointed and decided to return it back to MM. I emailed them on Dec 8. They didn't respond on Dec 9, and I again used their website messaging system to send a message to them again. They responded on Dec 10 evening. They gave me an address to send the product to but didn't give a prepaid shipping label for my return. They also encourage me to keep the stroller for a $125 partial refund. I refused and asked for a prepaid shipping label for my return. They say no and I have to pay for the shipping. I mean the box is huge and my wife is pregnant, so I have to handle it by myself. I told them I was not going to pay for the shipping because I trusted them but they keep disappointing me. The quality of the product is low. I do not think it is safe for my baby. I have no way to speak up but filing a complaint to Better Business Bureau (bbb.org) and giving reviews here. I found the way of complaining to the Better Business Bureau because I googled Maternity Miracles and found they actually had already received many (I saw at least 35 and all gave 1 star) complaints on bbb.org. And this business is not BBB Accredited. I hope I saw these complaints before I bought the low-quality imitation. I'll keep this review posted until they help solve this issue. I have been buying stuff online for years and never experienced such a horrible buying before. They just ignored you and your requests.

So I ordered the black and gold stroller and car seat REMEMBER BLACK AND GOLD.I checked out I got the confirmation email with a picture of a all black set.I was confused so I went back online and it said sold out.So email the company and no response.I’m very upset this is my sister first baby and loved the black and gold.

I had to get in touch with Norton. Once I did then my second item was shipped . Emailed maternity miracles and got nothing. When I contacted Norton I was contacted within one hour!

The stroller is very good quality and was great deal.

But the rain plastic cover I had to toss in garbage, because of terrible plastic smell, that won’t go away after a week of unpacking it. Don’t buy it.

Product was just as the picture stated. Very safe for a child.

If I could give them no stars I would they sell strollers that are nice looking but are JUNK 300.00 for a stroller /carseat combo and it's not worth 50.00 .I was refunded for the carseat but got stuck with the stroller and Because it's too heavy to ship back you get stuck with the item and they do not provide return shipping so you might wanna think long and hard before you buy this stroller car seat combination because although it might look good it is not going to protect your child I can almost guarantee you if your baby was ever in a car accident they would not survive because the car seats barely have a strap on their that holds them in like a high chair does. Buyer beware. Appearances don't mean anything if your child dies in a car accident because they sell faulty items
