I have not been able to use the item as of yet, but the service I received was amazing. The following day that I purchased the 3 in 1 stroller I noticed that the item had gone on sale. After emailing customer they let me know that once I received the merchandise that I would indeed be honored with an adjustment on the price.
I received the right color pairing that I ordered and it shipped to my place of delivery in less than a week. I will be recommending them to others looking to have the same experience I had.

Could have been better considering the price but nice product
I purchased this product for my first child and I was so excited to receive it. Overall the product is functional and nice looking. It did come with scratches on some of the poles, but being pregnant I don't have the time or energy to complain or send it back for a new one. Also the instructions seemed as though they were google translated into English. Typically when I receive a product I see instructions in multiple languages but this only had English and they weren't very clear. I was able to figure it out but I have parts that I have no clue how to clip them on to my stroller or where they go. For example the cup holder and another piece that I honestly don't know what it is for. I just think for the price that experience would have been better.

Product arrived as promised
Product arrived as promised. Even though we are under a pandemic I believe this should have arrived sooner with the premium I paid. Then further disappointment when carrier seat hood was ripped and had to wait another full week to receive the replacement. Product is beautiful and customer service was good.

I absolutely love my luxury stroller set. I purchased the black and gold and get compliments a lot while out and about with my daughter. The stroller is light weight and rotating wheels help me move around town. I like that as my daughter grows I am able to inner change the car seat onto the stroller frame for more of a sport stroller look. I would order from this website again.
