Careless services
I have placed an order a week ago, since then i got no information about my delivery, only after 4 days i have received an email that i have missed the delivery. Been given a number to contact, then they said that the reference does not match with the post code, finally after plenty of hasle calls i managed to re-arange the delivery, and i clearly asked them leave in the shop next door. They agreed that, and again received an email that i have missed the parcel because i was not at home. Asked then for a full refund. Whats the purpose of using delivery service which is worse than the post office? Cant even arange properly. So after a week of waiting for my products, got disapointed their services and will look for other products on diferent online shop. Shame on you guys with such a sh** service.

Pleased with the products & service
I live in Denmark and don't have local access to as many products as are available in the UK. I've been ordering from Matrix Nutrition for a few years and have always been pleased with their products and service.
I made a mistake when placing my last order but they were able to cancel the order with no hassle so I could place the correct order. I think it's a bit off that they charge for customer service calls, but that's not enough to cost them a star. They're completely up front about it, though I don't quite understand the rationale of charging for something that's part of the cost of doing business. Their products aren't cheap enough to warrant such a charge.

I placed an order for next day only to be told i will have wait 4days till i get my product the items themselves are fine its just the delivery service they use 4 days wait is abit of a joke when you pay for next day i wont be shopping here again just go to the shops saves alot of stress and hassle

Save your money and get better quality.
They don’t tell you if you have to ring them because THEY messed up your order, you’ll be charged to ring. They don’t tell you if you want to stop them sending you annoying texts every 5 minutes YOU get charged, they try and get you to buy on their over priced website yet they’re cheaper on THEIR eBay. They use createne to supplement their protein. Save your money and buy better quality.

We do clearly advise our call charges on our websites and brochures. We are also not cheaper on eBay than our usual website. Creatine is added to some products such as complete and this is stated on the label. Using creatine as a spike for protein simply won’t work and it is certainly not something that we do and are unsure why you have come to this conclusion.
