Bed arrived ripped and broken, my mother has Alzheimer's and this really upset her. Staff who assisted were great now awaits 2nd bed. Very poor quality.

All as promised Date and time of delivery

I wanted a hypnos mattress but couldn't afford a new one. I chose a slight seconds and got a real bargain. I really wanted to upgrade to a king but after the delivery firm damaged it unfortunately it got sent back. However I ended up with a double but a higher spec which was the original one I wanted-Hypnos support 8 for £650. The only thing I would recommend is maybe offer customers to change delivery company and pay extra as an option because they really let you down. The poor guy that actually delivered my second order was on his own and I read bad reviews of the company you currently use. But as for your service it was all good. And after just a few days the mattress has cured my bad back!

The website was clear and easy to use. Unfortunately, only one of the two boxes arrived on the expected delivery date. However, when I called to chase it up, the customer service team were extremely helpful, and the missing box arrived early the following morning. Very impressed with how quickly they resolved the issue.

I got a small double bed for £170. It looks fantastic! Solid wood and the delivery was very quick. I'm going to buy another one.

Arrived on the date quoted in store. Was kept up to date with delivery. Received what was ordered.

It was easy to order. The mattress came on the right day and time. They took our old mattress away as promised.
The new mattress is firmer than the one we had before but we are getting used to it.

Very helpful salesman in store. Fast delivery and delivered as promised. Happy with how the beds went together although was a bigger job than expected. Instructions could have been better but the video helped. Overall very positive experience. Good value for money.

The only fault was I was told the delivery was going to be 06.24 - 08.24. I was not made aware of early delivery when purchasing, they moved it around for me BUT said if they couldn't they would have to deliver a different day leaving me with no bed.

Have always used Mattressman. The mattresses are excellent, well made and delivery was as promised. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I had a very pleasant experience with the company. The mattress wasn't in stock because it was made to order but it arrived on time, directly to the door and it was at a very reasonable price and is very comfy!
