Great service from the showroom to delivery.

Arrived on the date quoted in store. Was kept up to date with delivery. Received what was ordered.

It was easy to order. The mattress came on the right day and time. They took our old mattress away as promised.
The new mattress is firmer than the one we had before but we are getting used to it.

Very helpful salesman in store. Fast delivery and delivered as promised. Happy with how the beds went together although was a bigger job than expected. Instructions could have been better but the video helped. Overall very positive experience. Good value for money.

The only fault was I was told the delivery was going to be 06.24 - 08.24. I was not made aware of early delivery when purchasing, they moved it around for me BUT said if they couldn't they would have to deliver a different day leaving me with no bed.

Have always used Mattressman. The mattresses are excellent, well made and delivery was as promised. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Turned up exactly when you said it would

I had a very pleasant experience with the company. The mattress wasn't in stock because it was made to order but it arrived on time, directly to the door and it was at a very reasonable price and is very comfy!

Tom & Neil were excellent.

All went well; delivery was as advised and the crew were careful and friendly.
The bed went together easily and seems sturdy and comfortable.
Only downside was the amount of polystyrene and very sticky tape in the packaging. But that's the fault of the manufacturer, not Mattressman.

The mattress was great, but even better was the amazing customer service I recieved.

My order was unfortunately delivered to the incorrect address and the issue was dealt with quickly, consistently and with care and understanding. I eventually located and collected the mattress myself but the company looked into the issue and had it not been collected, were more than willing to get me a new mattress urgently.

Also, aside from the mattress going missing, the delivery (albeit to the wrong place) was very quick.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff in the North Walsham shop, delivery on time and two exceptionally helpful delivery drivers.
