Fantastic honest and friendly sales without pressure, short lead times and excellent communication regarding delivery. Lovely comfy beds too.

Bit of a rollercoaster, great customer service at the start in deciding on the bed. Went downhill on delivery, with fittings and parts missing. However, picked up through service in resolving issues at the end. Overall great customer service but may be a slight risk if you need the goods by a specific date. We luckily had an alternative so didn't affect our experience too much.

This is by far the best place to buy a matress. There was a show room so you could try before you buy, a very helpful and knowledgable assistant, Matthew, gave good advice on the options, the prices were very good, they manufacture and sell directly to the public, they deliver, the quality is excellent from budget to best. Highly recommended.

Excellent company. I bought ottoman and mattress from store in Aylesbury. Ellie in the showroom was very knowledgeable. We went through the options. Delivered end of April, on time, by highly efficient and friendly staff. Am having the best sleep ever. Great products, at a good price, made in Yorkshire. Highly, highly recommend them.

Excellent company. I ordered my bed from them and the assistance in purchasing, communication throughout, delivery and quality of the bed were absolutely superb. I would unreservedly recommend them.

Superb service we bought 2 beds and we were so impressed we bought a third the following week the quality is amazing I have had the best night’s sleep since getting our new bed it is the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on and amazed at the price thank you I would definitely recommend this company

We visited Mattress Medics looking for a new mattress for my son. The customer service from beginning to end was excellent, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The mattress was delivered a week early and my son has slept like a log ever since! Thank you Mattress Medics...we will definitely be returning in the future.

I was looking for a new bed for my teenage son. Matthew offered great customer service and listened to our requirements and found the perfect bed and mattress. We were quoted 2 weeks, the bed arrived 5 days after ordering, fantastic quality. My son had a very comfortable night's sleep and is extremely happy with his new bed. The after sales support from Ellie was very helpful, above and beyond. I need another bed for our other son next year and will definitely be back.

After going to all the usual bed superstores and being quoted ridiculous figures, we went and spoke to Matthew at mattress medics. We managed to get the bed we wanted at a fraction of the cost and the quality is superb. Would recommend to everyone!

We bought a bed from Mattress Medics and cannot rate them highly enough. Fantastic service and helpful throughout.

After trying bensons for beds and dreams we tried mattress medics. So happy we did as Ellie and Matthew couldn’t of helped more. From the minute we went in was the most friendliest atmosphere and so helpful and knowledgeable. In not long at all, of knowing what we needed from a mattress Matthew narrowed it down to 3 and found the perfect one for us. Which dreams and bensons for beds couldn’t find for us at all. The price was amazing, cheapest by far, Ellie made payment so quick and easy and the delivery will be less then 2 weeks so impressed with everything especially Matthew and Ellie. Can not fault mattress medics at all.
