Purchased for the first time from mattress medics! Eleanor was great in advising us so we could choose what was right for us. Really accommodating and made us feel welcome. Visited during Covid everybody had the correct PPE on and adhered to social distancing. Will definitely return

We purchased a Wheatcroft Mattress from the Aylesbury branch with Matthew who was extremely helpful. What he doesn’t know about mattresses isn’t worth knowing. He saved us from going to another retailer(where we had intended on going originally) and spending more than twice as much on a completely unsuitable bed. Don’t hesitate to go and pick his brains-he knows what’s right for your height, weight and any health issues. The bed arrived on time 2 weeks later and we have had the most blissful night and afternoon sleeps ever since, and my back is already feeling much much better. Very happy customers!

Do not buy from @MattressMedics. We have a 2 year old bed with large gaps between the springs in the mattress. Advised that Mattress Medics will not honour 5 year guarantee. Apparently you should sleep on a different part of the bed every night. Very poor service and poor quality products.

We bought a medium- firm mattress in the summer of 2017, and despite having a very firm base for it, the mattress is sagging where we sleep; you can hear the springs move and pop when we roll over. It looks 10 years old instead of 1.5 years old. We’ve rotated it as instructed, but it was not a quality product and it is not lasting like expected.
The purchase experience was great, the product is not.

After having two slipped discs and now suffering from osteoarthritis I needed expert medical advice re buying a bed. I thought that Medical Mattresses would fulfil that brief. I was assured that a solid base and a firm mattress was what I needed and believed a plausible sales person in Milton Keynes. After delivery I complained that I could not sleep on bed the very next day. The firm hid behind terms and conditions and health and safety and a long battle ensued.
I now have a Harrison Spinks mattress, gentle tension. Not from Mattress Medics but from The Bed Factory in Leamington Spa a firm that I highly recommend. Sleep at last.

I recently purchased a king size divan base with a Wheatcroft mattress. After visiting all of the major bed retailers, Mattress Medics was by the far best! This was not only due to their competitive prices but also due to the variety and high quality of mattress brands they have. Ellie at the Milton Keynes store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The turnaround time to get my bed delivered was 2 weeks and I found this very fast as some other retailers can take up to 6 weeks to get a new bed. Mattress Medics is a professional and excellent outlet which I cannot recommend highly enough, it is worth the drive to go here, you won't regret it!
