I placed an order
I placed an order, I emailed the company, they’ve taken the money and I haven’t received and notification about the order or shipping and have requested one. This was to be a present and now it’s 9 days since I placed the order the likelihood of it reaching me for the birthday it is intended for is highly unlikely. I understand business can take a while to pack and ship but at least answer your email or set expectations for shipping and receiving

Having looked into this, we can confirm that your order was dispatched on the same day it was placed (26th February). The parcel was sent via Royal Mail with tracking number xxxxx, and the tracking shows it was delivered on 3rd March.
We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and take great care to ensure every item is securely and beautifully packaged before leaving us.
We have checked our records and unfortunately cannot find any previous email correspondence from you regarding this order. Had we received a message, we would of course have been very happy to assist and provide the tracking details.

Came to my door in their car. Phoned that they were on the way. Very polite and helpful. Have always liked shopping at Maudes and am in a wheelchair having my order actually delivered by one of the staff was very unexpected and commendable. Would like to thank them very much

Not well packaged. Thin padded envelope with minimum sellotape. Split on arrival.
Nice item, but lucky that it survived. More packaging material needed. Maybe some cardboard squares? And definitely more tape.
