Felt like I was being rushed out from…
Felt like I was being rushed out from the shop as soon as she heard we were not British. Came in thinking that they pierce ears with a needle as I have been told 6 months ago instead of a gun, as we had a bad experience before however by the time I have finished filling out paperwork my daughter was already with earrings (used a gun). On top of that my daughter received the wrong earrings from the ones she have chosen

So sorry to hear this , and how very unfortunate you felt this way . We employ a lovely polish lady Agata , nationality has no boundaries at Maudes . We have pierced ears for 49years and have never used needles and we would not advise this . Hopefully your daughter is now loving her piercing x

Disappointed in gift wrapping
Product was lovely delivery was on time but the item wasn't gift wrapped it was put into a bag from another brand so my daughter was slightly disappointed as she thought it was something else 😢

The package is great and sweet
The package is great and sweet. They delivered the item very quickly. But the item didn’t meet my expectation and I contacted the customer service for the return but no reply at all. I emailed twice for a week. That’s very disappointed.
