I ordered my watch and it arrived quickly and I was surprised how good a quality and how great it looked, the strap I ordered was not available, so a selection was sent.
Great watch for the money and great customer service.
Will be buying again.

The watch itself is good quality and looks great. However, the delivery was much slower than advertised, and emails were ignored when I tried to get updates. Next-day delivery was promised but not provided. Overall, good product, disappointing service.

I ordered a watch for New year's eve
With next day delivery, I waited kn the whole next day , no watch. No tracking and customer service closed in-between Christmas and new year , I emailed them and I just received a response that they were closed untill Monday 5th Jan .
The watch eventually was delivered 2 weeks late .
When I have complained and pointed out that there should be a notification that delivery at this time wont be next day but in the new year , also that I find it odd that a retail company closes at the busiest time of year when they have a sale on .
Ive received no compensation what so ever.

I would have given 5 stars, had they not been let down by appalling courier service.
I was told on 3 separate occasions that my orders were out for delivery only to told they had been delayed.
But after speaking to customer service i believe this was was down to UPS and not MJ.

sadly UPS dumped parcel near front door (even thou have secure places to leave parcels and notice on door stating use parcel box) they took photo of item near door - it wasn't there when i got home from work a few hours later > i accept that this has nothing to do with seller but its annoying ass was a gift for someone else - PayPal refunded me quickly > i had purchased some watches before with no issues as i was home when they came / how leaving a parcel next to front door is safe my mind boggles

A few planning and logistical issues with Christmas sale that I hope shall not be repeated.

Product is beautifully packaged and looks great. I cannot give a long term performance review.

Took a chance in a nice looking watch, at a reduced price and what was delivered was to me an absolutely excellent purchase. Delivery, considering the time of year was great and the watch itself could easily have cost a great deal more. Supplied with two straps and tools to adjust/ switch. An automatic watch with date window for this price is a steal

I have owned Tutor, Tag and Brietling watches. The Maughan Jones watches are brilliant, feel and look great! I’m really glad I bought 4 different versions! I purchased on 29th Dec and arrived around 9am today - personally I thought this was a good timescale given shop closures over the holiday. I did email customer service to check delivery who were absolutely superb and quick to respond. Massive thank you for 4 great watches and a quality service.

Customer service is terrible. I've emailed several times about a fault with one of their items and have been completely ignored. Try calling them and you just get sent to answer phone, noone calls back, it really is a stressful experience trying to speak to anyone. I really wish I'd never bought a product from them, I feel really let down by Maughan Jones.

No update on delivery still waiting to hear it only heard that ups going to be receiving it but heard nothing yet

The watch that came was well packaged. Had plastic stickers over the glass and stainless steel. It was all branded and came with an extra strap that matched the dial colour, a strap removal tool and separate link removal tool and cleaning cloth.

The watch itself is sturdy but a little heavy so definitely for a male thicker wrist.

All in all though, I was surprised at the quality I received which I also got with discounts. You simply cannot complain when you receive a stainless steel automatic watch, accessories, extra strap in a presentation box for less than £90!!!!

A different watch to add to a humble collection.
