Great product that I saw and used at my hairdresser. The delivery took a little longer than expected, but in the end I’m very happy with it and it’s definitely worth recommending.

Terrible customer service, they just want money they don’t care about the customers. I’m awaiting a €150 refund for over a month now, no response from them. They said they would “check the warehouse” if they received the product back but have not responded back. I will not order from them again simply because they ruined decent products with terrible customer service.

I ordered the bonding elixer - before I was very content with this product. Unfortunately they changed the formula, and now it has the same smell as my turpentine based oil paint cleaner.. I hope they will change the formula back.

This is 10 out of 10. Magic happens when I start brushing my own hair. Normally I can't because of my hair texture (curls) but this remarkable product has put an end to my appointments with my hairdresser. I'm addicted to the curling iron.

2018 I’ve brought an iron - which broke down some weeks ago. I’ve texted the support and they replied to send in the receipt. I’ve told them that after buying the iron I’ve registered for the „life long warranty“ and the receipt was uploaded back then. They totally ignored me after that. I’ve sent them reminders. The point in registering is that they find my data. When they replied they just told me to send in the receipt - which I haven’t kept for 7 years because I’ve registered the iron including the receipt - ignoring my statement that I’m already registered and they should have me in their system. Now they just closed the ticket as „solved“. Yeah, I’ve brought a new iron for 17€ - not from max pro - and it’ll probably last longer. Life long guarantee lie! Never again. No customer service at all

Reviewing the new Max Pro Swift airstyler. Pity there are no instructions in the box. There should be a short introduction video on your website to give hints and tips on how to use. First time experience with such a tool so it does take a few tries to get used to it. In short, it cuts down on drying time and you do get a good volume (bounce) to the hair style. Not sure how to get the cool shot. There should be a separate button to give the cool shot but its on the “slider” which I find not very user friendly. I am not sure which temperature I am using as there is really no indication on the tool itself. There is no difference in the red lamp to show which speed/temperature. However its a good tool for that price. Perhaps an update to the tool could provide a little more clarity.

What a wonderfull website, works really well and looks good. The product choice itself is kind of limited for men, but the beard and hair brush i ordered. I received them very very quickly 1 to 2 days later, and they work pretty good ! :)

Working with Max Pro has been an extremely disappointing experience. My collaboration with founder Mohamed Chahid started off promising, but it quickly unraveled into a series of ignored invoices and unmet commitments. Despite delivering on the agreed setup for server-side tracking, including enhanced measurement for Google Ads and Analytics, Mohamed repeatedly avoided payments, even after numerous polite follow-ups and reminders. The invoice remained overdue for over 30 days without a single response. On multiple occasions, I tried to provide solutions and ensure a smooth handoff, but communication was either delayed or nonexistent. Even after receiving verbal confirmation during calls, Mohamed failed to follow through on promises. Ultimately, I was left with no choice but to remove the entire implementation after months of chasing what was rightfully owed.
If you value professionalism, accountability, and timely payments, I strongly recommend avoiding Max Pro and Mohamed Chahid at all costs. Save yourself the frustration and choose to work with businesses that uphold their commitments.

We have had a very negative experience collaborating with the founder Mohamed Chahid. He tried to avoid paying our invoices for the collaboration and turned to fake reviews on our Trustpilot as a means of pressuring us into dropping his outstanding amounts.

Overall, Max Pro is a business that is build upon many fake promises, which is shameful. On the surface the owner, Mohamed Chahid, likes to appear as a professional, but when things matters, he runs from his deals and avoids paying. What a shame. He not only did this to us, but also to one of our strategic partners, who had done several hours of work for him; without pay! We send more than 5 reminders for invoices that were overdue by more than 30 days. No response.

Now for January, we have another invoice overdue, which they aren't reacting on either.

I would highly avoid conducting any form of business with this brand. Especially if you will be working on credit—avoid that at any cost with Max Pro Hair.

fast delivery and great blowdryer, I got it because my hairstylist has it too. I have really long hair and can dry it in 5 minutes (!) on the lowest heat. plus, it's really light and a sleek design. wish I would have bought it sooner!

Amazing products. My heart is so soft and easy to handle since I am using the Max Pro hair care products. Saving so much time using the stylers as they are easy to handle and very quick in getting my hair in model. The man line is such a good addition as well!

I have been using Max Pro products for at least five years, from hair tools to hair care products, and everything is of top quality. I regularly use the shampoo, mask, and MOHI Lamellar Water for both myself and my daughter. On vacation, I use the mask before swimming and always finish the day with the Lamellar Water. Our hair remained undamaged throughout the holiday. As for the tools, I own nearly all of them, and I frequently use the brush, hair dryer and the cordless straightener. All are lightweight, perform exactly as they should, and look absolutely stunning.
