I’m very happy with the product I purchased. However, I was disappointed by the overall delivery process. I was told the product would arrive at a certain date (in time for the holidays) and unfortunately I did receive it until a week later. While this was fine in the end, the customer service agents did not appropriately set my expectations leading to unnecessary confusion and extra work on my end to sort out the status of my order

My favorite store, beyond Excellent
My favorite store is a place where you feel special and cared for from the moment you walk in. The A-Team of staff members is amazing, and I always find something new that I just can’t resist buying. The managers, Abby, Rachel, Brent, and Matt, are at the top of their game and ensure that the store is always in pristine condition with new stock.
As a lover of timepieces and jewelry, I can truly appreciate the attention to detail that goes into everything. The sales staff, the managers, greeting team are all lovely, even the security staff is always friendly and welcoming not making you feel uncomfortable. Visiting this store is always a pleasant experience, and the staff never makes me feel like a burden, NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I GO BY..LOL
