Were offered £350 for 3 phones. They arranged to pick them up from my home. Photos taken, locked box, tracking tag and number left. Did not hear anything for over a week. Contacted them and they never received them from dpd. Investigations showed they were apparently lost. £100 coming to me as that's all they are insured for!! Case closed!! I am down £250. No apology given. Surely if they are offering to pick them up they should be insured properly!!

Having got a few quotes from mobile phone/gadget buying companies, Mazuma were about £10/£15 behind them however their t&c’s were a clearer/lenient.
After posting off (paying) special delivery, had an email confirming they had received it.
Within 4/5 hours another confirmed they will pay what they offered and that payment will be made.
Within another few hours payment was received.

What a great company, I sold my phone i was quoted a price which I was very happy with, the site was so easy to use. I was given a QR code I sent my phone and in 24 hours money was in my account. Will definitely use again and have told friends to use also great company

This company is an absolute joke. They dangled £250 in front of me, then suddenly “found” a battery issue and crashed the offer to £120. Then — like magic — the price crept up to £150, then £165. It’s blatant manipulation. They know exactly what they’re doing, squeezing every penny out of people and hoping you’ll just accept it.

And to top it off, I sent my device in its original pristine box. When they sent the phone back, the box had mysteriously vanished. That’s real money lost on a private sale — and they clearly don’t care.

Shady pricing, missing items, and behaviour that screams “we’re skimming off customers.”
Avoid these scammers. They are not to be trusted.
