What a great company, I sold my phone i was quoted a price which I was very happy with, the site was so easy to use. I was given a QR code I sent my phone and in 24 hours money was in my account. Will definitely use again and have told friends to use also great company

This company is an absolute joke. They dangled £250 in front of me, then suddenly “found” a battery issue and crashed the offer to £120. Then — like magic — the price crept up to £150, then £165. It’s blatant manipulation. They know exactly what they’re doing, squeezing every penny out of people and hoping you’ll just accept it.

And to top it off, I sent my device in its original pristine box. When they sent the phone back, the box had mysteriously vanished. That’s real money lost on a private sale — and they clearly don’t care.

Shady pricing, missing items, and behaviour that screams “we’re skimming off customers.”
Avoid these scammers. They are not to be trusted.

They pay promptly however never ever the price quoted as they use a micrometer machine to find minute scratches to bid you down every single time.

They do as they advertise. Fast response and payment. Would deal with them again give the opportunity.

Very easy selling process. I received the payment within a few hours of the company receiving my phone, and they did not try to reduce the price. The price was very fair compete to other companies I received quotes from.

Always been good, used many times, but on this occasion a few issues over communication and removal of device security.

Strip it all back its a scam, originally offered 250, dropped to 120 then through ‘negotiation’ was raised to 180, further to this device was sent in original box and returned without it. Avoid.

I had received a quote to sell my iPhone 12 to this company and sent the phone to them by registered/recorded delivery. Since sending it, I have had no contact or response from the company.

I was never sent a confirmation email or any communication details, so unfortunately, the only evidence I currently have is my proof of postage.

Has anyone experienced something similar or can anyone advise me on what I can do to trace the company or recover my phone/payment?
