Printing of Brochures for a Milestone event
I walked into Mailboxes, ETC in NW6 today feeling absolutely defeated after visiting countless print shops in the area - everyone unable to fulfill my request.
My parents' 60th Diamond Anniversary is tomorrow, and I desperately needed 60 booklets created from my Word document.
Ali didn't just say yes - he created a beautiful booklet! His technical skill in converting the document, his patient and reassuring customer service, and the lightning-fast turnaround transformed my day completely. I left the shop practically floating with relief and joy.

Dag at MAIL BOXES ETC IN Edinburgh Scotland is so amazing and helpful i can not explain quickly how trust worthy and how he went way out of his way to solve my shipping issues. He found by product in customs in Ireland rerouted it back to the states to me once he got it back. He didn't have to do any of this. If you are shipping something know that if things go wrong he will help you and get you taken care of. Wish he had 100 locatons in the US to use

Dishonest. Cover protect insurance is a scam.
I contracted MBE Leeds to collect, pack, and ship an auction purchase in July 2025. Unfortunately, the item arrived with damage. I had paid for "cover protect" - insurance. I was advised to fill out a claim, which I did. I was told on 25 July 2025 that the claim was approved and I would receive funds by bank transfer "in early August." It is now three months later and despite my repeated asking, I have not received funds. I conclude the insurance was a scam and fraud. BE WARY!

Quick, friendly printing — excellent quality
What a perfect and seamless experience. Asif was very friendly and professional, providing quotes in advance for a complex printing job. The documents were ready 2 hours later and the quality was excellent — far better than expected! I’ll definitely be using MBE Kilburn in future and can’t recommend them enough.
