Specialized Bike With Shoes & Helmet
Top class service provided at McConveys. From start to finish, I was given specific advice based on my biking preferences, and ended up purchasing a Specialized mountain bike with guidance from Lance, who helped me with a bike fit, shoes, and helmet.
Lance ensured I was 100% happy and comfortable before leaving the shop. I would recommend anyone to McConvey Cycles, you can tell the staff are passionate about what they do.

Specialized saddles are the best.
I’ve been using Specialized saddles on my hybrid bikes over many years so, when the saddle that came with my new bike was found to be decidedly uncomfortable, I searched McConvey Cycles website for a suitable replacement from their range of Specialized saddles. I winced at the prices and, while I bought the cheapest one available, I was pleased with my purchase. I’ve been out on the bike since buying and installing the saddle and am well pleased with it.

Worst buying experience
A few weeks ago, I ordered a Brompton bike online and I was asked to send a copy of my ID card by email. When asked why they needed it because it was the first time I had such a request, they canceled my order without answering. So I ordered again the next day and emailed a copy of my ID card and asked them to proceed with the order, but they canceled it again after holding my money for two days without any reply. I didn't hear any reason and answers and it was the worst buying experience of my life. Google reviews show that it's not the first time they've canceled it at their disposal, but they reply, "I'm sorry, but nothing was ordered under your name." So I write down my two order numbers 6437, 6439.

Hello Jinju, thank you for reviewing our service and we are sorry that you had a bad experience. The reason we did not sent the bike on the first occasion as we explained is that you would not send photographic ID which included your home address.
This is a security measure to make sure that it was not fraud. We only supply bikes and equipment to home addresses in UK and Ireland. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Purchased a Brompton plus kit on cycle to work scheme
Purchased a Brompton plus kit from McConveys for train commute to work and occasional spins around town.
Technical and customer Service was exceptional from start to finish. I was helped through the process by Ciaran who demonstrated everything the Brompton had to offer. Lance was there to also help with topping and tailing the cycle to work paper work.
The whole process was easy!!!

New Giant Defy Advanced Pro 1
I ordered a new Giant Defy as one in my size was unavailable in mainland UK the team informed me on progress it was ready for dispatch late Friday afternoon and arrived in Gloucester before 10.30am on the Monday which was a nice surprise .Built and delivered in less than six working days was impressive .
