Horrendous experiences
Every time I place an order through the app to be delivered. The order is always wrong. Missing items, somebody else’s order being delivered and McDonalds doesn’t want to know. The store will tell you to contact the delivery company that they nominated through their app for any issues. An absolute scam of a service

The worst custom service ever. There's a ALWAYS some issue with orders and they never ever get resolved. I've had burgers without patties, missing items, incorrect items, freezing food.

App really is useless, I can order get the the restaurant and when I say I'm here it says you are not, I give the order number within the app and the can't find d it, so can't take advantage of the deals, even the staff say the app is useless. I have set permissions for location, I can't find any online help, but guess by the rating of the app we are all in the same boat

Horrible app. People want to enter their order quickly. Its to busy and cumbersome.
Delivery gone wrong and I paid the price.
I am off work sick and ordered some food to be delivered, once the order arrived I noticed the double quarter pounder with cheese was missing, called them and was given a number for Uber Eats, called them and it is Mcdonalds policy to NOT refund under these circumstances. Is this not theft? I have paid for something I did not get, surely that isn't legal?? One thing is for sure, I will never give them a penny of my hard earned money ever again.

I don’t even want to give it one star as once you’ve ordered your charged whether you receive the full meal or not, no contact to rectify your order or send out what’s missing. Not the good service!!!
The app is awful
The app is awful. You scroll down then it freezes. So any products at the lower part of the menu cannot be ordered. Appalling and very frustrating. Must be costing them business so cannot believe they are ignoring the problem.

App stole 6400 accumulated points, 2nd time 4 months. McDonald's AI generated solution is to blame the local franchisee. If you have points use them before McDs wipes them away because they will and will not fix it for you.

Shocking….. items ordered not delivered and they said after contacting they will take that as feedback. No refund.
They said it’s because of their internal policy and they won’t be sharing that information. Clearly they are money grabbers and the people working the support line need to be re-trained on how to deal with customer service.

2 Their website currently gives details for star favourites, All the star details should be removed and should be replaced with "sorry but favourites are not currently available and we have not got a clue when they will be as the service provider we currently use for the App does not seem able to get it working properly, (App is now causing a lot of extra wasted time for regular users)
3 WiFi for many site is often very poor that's when it works, they should have ultra fast fibre, if they already have it then maybe get a new service provider.
4 Our local MacD in Biggleswade often runs out of different items and coffee machines often not available for many days and have now been available again since the 18th of December they still were this morning, earlier this year hot chocolate was not available for many weeks maybe months despite signs sorry will be back shortly.
All all very bad for a company supposed to pride itself on customer service.
Food missing from delivery order
Food missing from delivery order. Not enough food to feed everyone. What was delivered was stone cold. They refused to bring the missing food even though it's only about 3 miles down the road and there's no traffic.
So you order a 1/4 with cheese meal and wait nearly an hour for it and instead you get cold chips, a cold coffee and a £2 refund for the 1/4 pounder. If you pay someone to deliver food to you and wait for it to be delivered and tip the driver and then are basically told to get stuffed if people's meals are missing, that's not a business I will ever use again. Uber say it's McDonald's policy.
