I’m absolutely disgusted with MCFC. I first wrote in September 2022 to ask if I could possibly get a signed photo PF Erling Haaland for my grandson for Christmas. Emails were confirmed and I sent my address for it to be sent too as I wanted to hand it to him on Christmas Day. Nothing arrived!! I then thought I’d try got his 9 birthday in January. Again email was confirmed but nothing arrived.
A friend then posted on MCFC twitter also the Manager and Earling himself. Can you believe still nothing I’m absolutely disgusted what a dreadful way to run a club.

Very disappointed and disillusioned with MC. I paid for a Cityzens membership on 4th November 2022, for my 10 year old grandsons Christmas present. The pack has STILL not arrived! I have spoken to ‘customer services’ several times, been promised that I will receive a phone call…. nothing. I have email and even opened a formal complaint. I have still not received any phone call, response to my ‘official’ complaint, or the Cityzens pack. I am appalled by the lack of concern and response, especially considering the ‘social’ standing of this football club.

I still stand by my 5star review after reading all the negative reviews .. alwayz keep in mind that if you want anything done be respectful.. a smile and a friendly voice always has a positve response. I understand that these are all our opinions but i also believe that a response is always according to attitude.

Rang "customer service" for help with my son's account, whoever I spoke to needs some training in dealing with people, I felt like I was inconveniencing him by calling. When I couldn't immediately find the menu option that he suggested, he offered no further support or attempt to work out where I was on the website to try and guide me to the correct place. I heard him say "Jesus Christ" under his breath, not sure if this was aimed at me or something else he was doing in the background because I didn't really feel like he was engaged in the conversation we were having. Charging the prices they do for tickets plus matchday membership @ £55 and they can't be a*sed to help you spend your money with them.

Shocking service I received today, I ordered my son the home top for his birthday party on Saturday yet the top come without the name of his favourite player on the back in which I had paid for!!
I received an email to take it back to the shop to get the players name on the back I live 4 hours away from Manchester !!
Then I get an email to say I can have 20 percent off the price, then another email to say I can have 30 percent off the price !!!!
I’m not here to barter I just want the product I paid for horrendous service don’t order from the store, I have spent over 300 pound online in this store over the last 3 weeks the service is horrendous!!!!!!

Man city customer service where absaloutly excellent, my daughter contacted man city to try and get tickets to the city v dormand champions league match for my man city daft niece who doesn't keep well for a birthday treat and to cheer her up. Hugh at the ticket office my daughter spoke to over the phone did everything in his power to help and managed to get them tickets and was extremely helpful. When we got to Manchester on holiday my daughter and niece also did the man city tour which they said was excellent experience and again the staff where absaloutly brilliant.
Customer service excellent , tour and match experience for my daughter and niece was great. Thank you man city for making my niece feel so special and for making her time at city a experience she will never forget.

The shop knowingly sold my 11 year old a faulty product, while he explained that he'd saved up for it himself & lived 4 hours way. Shop being completely unreasonable. Will not except a postal return with proof of purchase. Well done Manchester City your greed is astounding.

Generational Manchester City family

My son came with his football club as it was supposed to be a fun day arranged by the club. To have my son sad and crying as his football team and other football teams got medals and he was told they had ran out. Not a very fun day to see my child sad and crying what should have been a great experience turned into a sad day.

My daughter ordered me a top for my grandsons birthday and five months later the 1 is coming off shirt.I messaged customer services and they have offered me 30% refund.With the amount I paid for the shirt ,they should stay on forever.I am notifing trading standards to see where I stand on this.When you pay £70 odd pound for a top you expect it to last a long time and five months is not a long time

Do not order from the City shop. I ordered a shirt last November which took 6 weeks to arrive with no apology from customer services. I again ordered a shirt as a birthday gift for my son 6 weeks ago and still has not arrived. Contacted customer services to be told "supply issue" but no indication of when it will be shipped. It is such a shame as when you go to City the staff are fabulous but whoever is responsible for online sales is really letting the club and supporters down and should be doing something about it looking at the reviews.

I went with my son and friends from nepal on holiday to watch a game city v Atletico Madrid. We all thoroughly enjoyed the game and atmosphere. Will visit again and again because my son is a Citizens fan.

I went with my son and wife as a Father’s Day gift. Everyone was extremely polite. Our guide was Ian and Lynn.Great knowledge and laid back.No restrictions and a photo service aswell.So professional and friendly.A very enjoyable experience.

Having problems with my account being in my mothers name, I’m her son so I wanted the name changing into my name as I want a season ticket, the terrible and I mean terrible customer service I have received is beyond a joke. I had half of the department telling me it was done and the other half saying they can’t do it they’re not allowed. Disgusting rude customer service for an issue that is still ongoing. As a lifelong supporter of the club it saddens me that we have people like this working there.

MAN CITY V REAL MADRID POOR ( GUTTED COME ON MADRID HANG YOUR HEADS IN SHAME ( COME ON LIVERPOOL FC )

Yesterday we went on the Manchester City tour. My partner and the family are all City fans, as a red supporter, due to my grandfather being a good friend of Matt Busby from when they went to school together, so being a red was always going to be. so this was to be an experience, love or hate it! well this was a great tour, run by George, who was excellent, knowledgeable, great with kids and approachable. As a sportsman I enjoying watching good football, who ever is playing, I was always taught you have to run and play for 120 minutes and don't bother appealing to the ref, he won't change his mind, so just get into a defence position and get on with the game. The tour was outstanding and would recommend to anyone who is interested in football (no matter who they support). Thanks George.

My wife and I booked a weekend in Manchester some time back. I'm an old school City fan from up near Stockport, and hadn't been back for ages. We got tix for the Brighton match, which was postponed, so opted for the stadium tour. First, a big hand to Mike and Matt who were our tour guides - we both enjoyed the tour hugely, and loved the Museum. Tour was well over an hour and worth every penny.

My husband and I took our 12year old grandson for a tour this morning.We were given a wonderful tour with very knowledgeable and personable guides namely Jim and Mat they added to the tour with their knowledge and humour thank you both.
We thought the tour was very informative and interesting, it was lovely to see behind the scenes and I can’t wait to go to the match on Saturday with my new knowledge.

Man City Stadium Tour..
Did the Man City tour for the 2nd time as we took my brother for his birthday the 2nd time. Graham & Paul were amazing, we took our 16 month old daughter & as expected she got quite agitated due to her not being able to run around which again expected. We was super conscious as other people on the tour were staring & talking between themselves so we offered to take our daughter back to the car. However, Graham was amazing & explained its expected and she behaved very well for her age.
As a huge City fan I loved it just as much as I did the first time..

Although, a lady behind the tickets & tour counter when I asked to pay with cash for my photographs not realising it was just card was very rude & smug to me. Didn’t appreciate her attitude what so ever but the other 2 ladies were really nice & helpful

Absolutely shocking. Never ever buy from the Manchester city shop. Ordered a kit but the shorts were snagged. Asked for a replacement, not money back, and they would only offer me a discount on my order. It was a Christmas present and they send ruined shorts, all I wanted was a replacement but it became too frustrating to carry on. Amazingly the complaints email is the same a the shops email so the same people will reply
