My wife and I booked a weekend in Manchester some time back. I'm an old school City fan from up near Stockport, and hadn't been back for ages. We got tix for the Brighton match, which was postponed, so opted for the stadium tour. First, a big hand to Mike and Matt who were our tour guides - we both enjoyed the tour hugely, and loved the Museum. Tour was well over an hour and worth every penny.

My husband and I took our 12year old grandson for a tour this morning.We were given a wonderful tour with very knowledgeable and personable guides namely Jim and Mat they added to the tour with their knowledge and humour thank you both.
We thought the tour was very informative and interesting, it was lovely to see behind the scenes and I can’t wait to go to the match on Saturday with my new knowledge.

Man City Stadium Tour..
Did the Man City tour for the 2nd time as we took my brother for his birthday the 2nd time. Graham & Paul were amazing, we took our 16 month old daughter & as expected she got quite agitated due to her not being able to run around which again expected. We was super conscious as other people on the tour were staring & talking between themselves so we offered to take our daughter back to the car. However, Graham was amazing & explained its expected and she behaved very well for her age.
As a huge City fan I loved it just as much as I did the first time..

Although, a lady behind the tickets & tour counter when I asked to pay with cash for my photographs not realising it was just card was very rude & smug to me. Didn’t appreciate her attitude what so ever but the other 2 ladies were really nice & helpful

Absolutely shocking. Never ever buy from the Manchester city shop. Ordered a kit but the shorts were snagged. Asked for a replacement, not money back, and they would only offer me a discount on my order. It was a Christmas present and they send ruined shorts, all I wanted was a replacement but it became too frustrating to carry on. Amazingly the complaints email is the same a the shops email so the same people will reply

George was a fantastic tour guide and was very knowledgable
He was very open to questions and gave us loads of time for photos!! Excellent tour, well worth it

Absolutely disgusting service from the on line store ordered 11th November and after numerous phone calls and e mails and asking to speak to a manager no response. Man City top finally arrived but not as ordered with player name and number again phoned again no response to my request you've had my money but I have not got what I ordered. Disgusting and disgraceful 😤

Never will I order from the man city store again.
Like others, I purchased the home kit in November as a christmas present for my son, however, as I write this on christmas eve, the kit is yet to arrive. Having emailed twice, without a response, my partner called, to be told that the badge was being hand stitched on, meaning delivery would be delayed, but gave some hope that it may just arrive in time for christmas - this has not been the case and I will have one very upset young man tomorrow morning. I will explain to him, that the kit was ordered and will hopefully arrive sometime soon - he is a very mature 11 year old and I am sure he will understand, but that's not the point, the point is that at the time of ordering, delivery time was stated as taking between 3-7 days, 10 at the very latest. Beyond frustrated with the lack of customer service from this club.

Ordered 4 items from the online shop on 30 November. All items stated they were in stock. Our email confirmation confirmed would be delivered in 3-7 working days by UPS. Like the previous comments we have not received any of the items. I emailed last Tuesday and am still waiting a reply. I tried the online chat, entered all my details and when pressed submit I was told there was nobody available. I spoke with customer service on Monday who told me my items were being packaged in Holland and they hoped they arrived in time for Xmas. I spoke with them again and my items appear to still be in Holland. What angers me is : the website is giving false information regarding delivery dates. Nobody can give me any information on when I may receive my items. Nobody is willing to take responsibility for the poor service. I am waiting for call from the manager but I am not holding my breath. Premier league club with a national league online shop.

Ordered football hoody and shirt from the Manchester City online shop on 23rd November 2021. As per the other reports on Trustpilot I have received nothing. I have emailed customer services and also phoned them. They haven’t been able to provide any updates or if and when they will arrive. These were for my grandson for Christmas and he will be very disappointed.

I intend to take this further with trading standards as there appears to be no way of getting a refund, and I believe Manchester City are in breach of contract.

Please avoid placing any orders with them. Absolutely useless customer services. I only wish I’d read the previous reviews on Trustpilot before I ordered from them.

I placed my order via the online shop on November 21st for a home shirt - with a players name and number on the back - for my son to arrive in time for Christmas. At the time of placing my order there was no warning on the website about any delays at all.

It's now a month and I've heard nothing as to the whereabouts of the shirt at all. All I've been told is that it's somewhere in the printing process in the factory in the Netherlands somewhere.

I've been chasing up Supporter services via the mancity.com email address, as you're asked to do when chasing up an outstanding order, and my order has now been supposedly escalated to the club's retail partners. However this was ten days ago now and still no news - so much for an escalation!!

The customer services team are a waste of time as they are not answering my emails, the phone line help number either cuts off after two or three minutes of continuous ringing or, if you are lucky enough to get through, then the staff on the phone simply apologise and say they cannot help you with your complaint.

This saga of chasing up my missing item has been ongoing now for over two weeks, the Man City Commercial Director Jonathan Lingham doesn't respond to emails and to be totally honest the club may well be Champions League on the pitch but off the field they have a corner shop mentality!

I only rated it one star because I could rate the club zero. DO NOT BUY FROM MANCHESTER CITY ONLINE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!

Christmas present for my son just disappeared despite ordering before deadline….no answer to e-mail, phone just cuts off. Disgraceful! I could have hit this elsewhere but chose the “official” store to be safe. Now my son won’t get his Christmas present…..to be fair, adding this after the event, the present DID turn up on Xmas Eve!!! But never any response to my query so of course by then I’d had to go and source another present

Do not order from the clothes store online!!!! I placed an order on the 8th October for a Christmas present for my dad for £211, after a few weeks mid November and no sign of delivery i contacted customer service to be told it would arrive after a further 10 days, disappointed yes but waited patiently! 15 days later still no delivery, contacted the online chat forum to be told they are stuck in a container and will be delivered 1st week December, disappointed yes but felt i had no option but to wait even longer, we are now on the 16th December no updates no contact no delivery!! I emailed yesterday to complain about this I mean 3 months? and chase up where my order actually is after waiting patiently for so long to receive an email informing me my order had been cancelled and they are issuing a refund!! What utterly terrible customer service I don't know how these people are in buisness it is beyond poor I have no time to organise a alternative gift now but the lack of care about such a long wait for delivery to cancel it anyway without even asking me, I would never ever order single item from this company again I wish I would have read other reviews with people experiencing the same problems before placing this order!!!

I genuinely wonder how many of these reviews are genuine. I placed 3 orders - the first I decided to cancel because I decided that I wanted a personalised shirt for my son instead. I used the online chat function on a Sunday and the agent sent an email to their sales team to cancel my order. By Monday the order was cancelled (less than 24 hours). I then ordered a personalised shirt in their Black Friday sale. The site indicated that they were busy and it was likely to take 10 days. The item arrived on about day 14 but this was despite the fact that the website had been subsequently updated to say that Xmas orders might now arrive after Xmas. On Monday 13th December I ordered some shorts and socks and these are out for delivery today - Thursday 16th December. This is despite the fact that the site says Xmas orders may now be out of time. 3 out of 3 orders dealt with or delivered with no issue. After my first order I read these reviews but I’m so glad they do not reflect my experience.I will order again! I don’t doubt some people may have issues - I just wonder how many happy customers write anything, hence my addition now.

Ordered my sons Christmas presents in November and I've still not received my order. Called today to be told it has been shipped and they can't help me. Advised I contact UPS. Contacted UPS and they have no record of my parcel. £100 spent and no main christmas present for my son. I'm so upset and no one is willing to help me or refund me.

Wonderful tour of the stadium by Ian and Jack before the game today. Really insightful and the perfect start to a wonderful day. I was blown away to be honest.

Also, the Legends hospitality was out of this world. Great value for money and a superb seat

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR WEB SITE. HUGE DELAYS THAT THEY DON'T TELL YOU ABOUT WHEN ORDERING. I ordered a hoodie on 20th November and it hasn't arrived. Emails sent via their web site do not get replied to. Managed to talk to someone once via chat and there was nothing she could do. Disgusting behaviour.

Even 1star is too much for them. Placed an order on thw 19th November and had nothing only generic reply to my numerous emails tried to call you cant get through! Why take peoples money if you cannot fulfil the order absolutely disgusting avoid at all cost!!!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Off the peg hoodies ordered 30/10/21, obviously still not received. Can’t cancel order as cannot get through on phone nor do they answer any emails. Christmas presents that won’t be here. How this company is allowed to operate is beyond me!

Shocking....ordered shirt 9th November for Christmas, not been shipped and ignored my emails, but took my £90!!!! Yes you have issues with stock etc......but notify people when ordering. Disgusting excuse of an online shop and should not be operating if you can't deal with orders and customers! I know it won't come and its my daughters Christmas present....dont worry tho I'll put an IOU in a card for her 😡😡

Very sad son with no birthday present

How is this legal?
